Has anyone heard of or stayed at any of the Francis Ford Coppola resorts in Belize. Turtle Inn - Looks amazing and we are considering it for a honeymoon.

I love the vintage lime squeezer. I think that is such a cool idea.

I don't really have a color theme. My BM dresses are hot pink, so that is a starting point. Attached is a couple of inspiration boards I made to inspire my vision. I am completely open to so many colors. I am leaving the decision in the hands of my WC, Kristin from DD.

Cindy- That is wonderful that you get to stay there. Congrats... Who is your wedding coordinator? I know Kristin, who did Lori's wedding, did a fantastic job. I am excited to see her work, she is doing our wedding. Again congrats the villa is amazing. Cheers

Cindy- OMG!!! Casa Salamandra is amazing. We looked at that villa in May, we didn't go with it because at the time they were charging 8K event fee plus you couldn't stay there and the party had to end by 11pm. I hope all that has changed for you. The place is great for an event. Check out KLK photography she shot a wedding there for Lori/Richard this year. It will blow your mind. Best Kathy

DGG- I would love your info on where you stayed in Belize. I love the whole outdoor shower thing. I went to Belize 4 years ago and loved it but didn't spend enough time there. That could be an option. Bonaire is high on our list, so maybe we will do their and Belize. Let me know where you decide to go. Also PM me your email I would love to stay in touch. Plus I too live in NYC and we are doing a bridal happy hour next month. Lets meet up. Katrina- I remember your honeymoon pics. I loved them. I liked the whole private plan and landing in the middle of nowhere. YOu guys had to have had a great time. I would love more info from you about Belize and where you suggest to stay in Bonaire. Hey ladies- We are in full swing of planning our honeymoon and since we both are looking forward to a honeymoon filled with diving we were considering Bonaire over Cozumel. Has anyone ever been to Bonaire? If so where did you stay? How many days would you suggest staying there? What did you do while you were there? Any info would be great. Best Kathy

Hey ladies- I visited Dreams in May and it was great and yes like someone else said it is a $5 cab ride to PV, which is nice. It feels like a boutique hotel in so many ways, though it is a resort. We noticed there were more young professionals rather than families so I wouldn't worry if you have a bunch that likes to party. My guests are all staying at the Dreams because it was the best price. My wedding is in May and my TA got our rooms for $108pp a night. Which I feel is a steal for all-inclusive. Cheers

I wanted to start this so I could keep adding to is as things were completed. To start my journal I am excited and proud to say I have finished my "Inspiration Board(s)" for my wedding coordinator. My vision for the wedding is 1920's New Orleans meets Miami Beach (i'm more New Olreans, he's more Miami Beach).... I couldn't settle on one thing, so I gave my WC 4 inspiration boards. All of which are centered around my wedding dress and bird cage veil. eeekkkk.... I am so excited. 5 months to go... inspiration boards.ppt

Joy I would love to see a picture of your veil. I am curious to how a long veil and bird cage look together... I am so excited to wear a bird cage, I honestly didn't think I could pull it off. Then I found this one by Stephanie Browne and feel in love with it.

I am going with a bird cage veil. This is a picture of the sample. It will be made to fit though...It will angle from right below my left eye down to my chin. I think. Won't know until they fit me for it. Here is what the flower and feather piece will look like.

This sounds close to what we got. $285 one way luxury bus w/ a/c holds 47 people, one way. I think that is a little high for Mexico....
