OMG - I'd be freakin too...I'd take the dress back to the seamstress and ask her to explain why this happened and what she is going to do to fix it...I'd do it in person so she can't try to blow it off... I'm sorry about your mom..I lost my mom 4 years ago and miss her everyday...
