    I know its really annoying - I asked why they were charging us for a reception when it was an AI resort and they said it was because it was different menu etc - IMHO its bollox the menu is hardly fantastic and I'm sure its not going to stretch them but thats the price you have to pay unfortunately I scrapped the RD and thought as there will be no more than 20 of us we'll just turn up early to a restaurant - if we decide to have one which we probably won't

    I hate it too - i've found myself going in 10 mins before they close and running round and getting what I need. The amount of times I've nearly ran over a kid or an old lady has tried to take me out with her trolley is beyond a joke lol A couple of weeks ago I went with FI and I left him in one aisle, ran to the other to try and cut the amount of time I was in the hell hole and I heard him clearly say "oi don't try and take me out with your trolley" sure enough a little old lady lol and they have the cheek to say its the young they have no fecking manners

    IMO I'd save the cash and use the WC at Dreas. I'm getting married at Dreams Cancun and even thought they have been really slow in getting back to me I've been told they sort everything. As for outside vendors the WC did tell me that they weren't allowed anymore - I know it might be disappointing but they won't use crap their reputation is too good and it could save you mega $$ which could easily spend somewhere else. I'd save on the outside WC if I was you

    Nope I very much doubt it! I asked about upgrading for more pictures and she told me I didn't pay the difference between the 2 packages I had to pay for the whole package I wanted on top of what was in the package. So I think you might be stuffed with that! Its worth a try tho everyone else seems to be able to get more out of her than I can lol
