    ACatholic Ceremony is easy to have in Mexico because there are TONS of Catholic Churches, BUT it is not recognized as legal so you have to have a legal ceremony as well OR get married in the states before you go.

    Welcome Kim! I think the donation is a really good idea. I have seen people do that and they type up something that says "...in lieu of favors, we have chosen to donate to and then they put it in a frame where everyone can see it.

    Go to Sol Tamargo's photography website. del Sol Photography click on Sol Tamargo the sols blog. Check the dates and there is a couple on there who got married on the same day. They incorporated some themes and it was really cute.

    I also fell in love with the Paradisus online and am getting a litle weary of the fees as well. I think I'm booking Sol (Matt's wife) but she doesn't book until a year out. I still have a month.
