Hello Mrsmtobe, Have you heard anything back from the Sunset Grande Jamaica,..I was looking into possibly booking my wedding here instead if the Riu Ocho Rios.. (they seem way too busy) but I am having a hard time finding much info..thanks so much for anything you can share.

Thanks for the post about prices being available in April Hulahooty - I contacted Selloffvacations a few weeks ago and was told that group rates cannot be released until mid AUGUST..which I thought sounded a bit ridiculous

Hello Beachbride82,...the sunset cruise sounds like a great idea for the reception. I have been looking into that but have not really found anything...the margaritaville cruis which make a stop to go shopping, etc...any cruises that you know of that will jusy sail into the sunset and then we can all party on the boat. It would be even better if it was a smaller boat that can accomadate just my wedding party....any ideas,... Who did you book with for your reception cruise??

Hello everyone, my name is Kim Flaherty, I came across this form while trying to start planning my destination wedding. My fiance Eric and I got engaged on September 10th 2007 - I have not set a wedding date yet, but would like our wedding to be in March or April 2009 at the Riu in Ocho Rios Jamaica.
