They are kinda pointy instead of rounded. I HATE it. So, I am sooooo excited about this. Please remember BA doesn’t change the shape!!!!!! IT changes the size. It’s a general misconception people have. So imaging your boobs but bigger. That's how you're going to look! I had the same complex with my boobs. I hated the shape. Don't take me wrong, i love them now more then i ever did. But they're still the same shape but bigger!
  2. You can definitely do that! That's what I'm doing as well!
  3. Oh and do you know if Carlos(Mannia Audio ) interacts with the guest?? Does he make the party fun??

Is the music during the whole video or you can hear people taking? Like when you say your vows for example..?? Is there any way i can watch your video?? Sorry for so many questions. Thank you!
  5. Didn't know where to put this since it's about both Videographer and DJ.... Has anyone actually used: Videographer - Mike (Miguel Cantarell )cancunweddingvideo DJ - Mannia Audio Video e Iluminaciòn Profesional I read the posts where girls referring to them as they heard they were good, but I’ve never read the actual review about their work. Please help! Thanks a lot.
  6. I brought up this issue before http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t17267 I still think I’m going to try to take it in my carry on. Give some to my family members, some to my friends. I can't ship them to my resort because they don't want to be responsible for it which I can understand.
  7. I want to put all kids that are going to come to my wedding at the separate table. Let them have fun and fool around as much as they want. I bought some glow sticks, necklaces and rings.. Some funny character glasses and hats.. Now the questions is: how do I make it look like a part of the reception? I’m not going to put glass cylinder centerpieces full of water and marbles on their table. I want to have a table “number†that says “kids table†instead of a number. I mean Is that ok if it’s going to look completely different?? So the bottom line is I want their table to look fun but part of the wedding reception set up. Am I making any sense??
  8. I was going to get them from ebay. (The starfish ones.) Scroll all the way down for the starfish design) 35 Personalized Diamond Gift & Favor Tag Wedding Favors - eBay (item 130098953892 end time Apr-02-08 11:42:15 PDT) They’re 35 for $25 + $10S&H I don’t need 35, so I’ll keep on looking

It seems that all of the receptions I've heard about have been in a banquet room, which I prefer not to have. Any tidbit of information would be appreciated! Thanks!!! I was thinking about having a reception in Capitan Grill i think it's called. It's an open air buffet restaurant that is open for lunch but closed for dinner. It's easier to dance on the floor then on the sand. (we're big on dancing) Then i changed my mind and now i'm putting a dance floor right on the beach (it costs extra). But i know a lot of girls that had their reception in it.. I'm totally with you on not having a reception in one of their banquet rooms. I think one of the girls on here- Margaret, had her reception in one of the open air restaurants.

And i am one control freak I'm brining a lot of stuff with me. Like centerpieces for 6 tables (18 candle cylinders, candles, marbles, shells),place cards holders, table numbers, paper lanterns, umbrellas etc .. I got my dress already, my fiancé has his suit. So we’re pretty much set except some minor stuff that either still on its way to me or needs to be ordered.

  12. What have you done so far?? The first thing to do is to contact the wedding coordinator. I have Ana. She is awesome!! The resort has many restrictions when it comes to outside vendors such as photographer, dj etc. Make sure you talk about it with your WC so it's not too late.
  13. I'm getting married there on May 7th. 1.5 months to go!!!! Welcome to the forum!

  15. I just thought that the mirror will reflect the candle light and would look very romantic

  17. Now that I’m looking at it I think you're right about "missing something between the marbles and the candle"... I'll try to put a ribbon around the glass or may be even something like a see weed in the water between the shell and the candle.
  18. It's not done yet but you get the idea. I can't find the third short glass/cylinder. I think It would look a lot better with the third one. Plus I need to find a mirror big enough to fit all of them (each cylinder is about 3.3" in diameter). So I’m thinking of putting three of them with some marbles and shells on the round mirror. And don't you think the white-bluish marbles would look better?? What do you think? Something is definitely missing. Any advice will be appreciated. (God help me with brining 6 sets of them on the plane ) Here it is:

WC: for the table ? we do not provide , but if you want we can hire them or you can bring. What does she mean by hire?? They're candles, they burn down. Or does she mean candle holders...??
  20. For those of you bringing the glass cylinders with floating candles over the border, how are you planning on doing that I'm going to need like 18 of them for all the tables. I thought of shipping them down there but not sure it's a good idea. Do you think they cell something like that in Playa del Carmen for example??

  22. I'm looking for ideas on a unique Flower girl basket. I don't want a typical white little basket. I want something different. Something beach related. Any thoughts??
  23. They only thing that I’m concerned about is who going to assemble them and hang them up?? I’m going to need a cord or something and hang it between the palm trees. And what if it’s extremely windy that day..?? Hmmm….
