Shes the best! I actually ordered from her too and she was SO fast and easy to work with. I had to send my bridal bouquet back to her after evil boxer ate it and shes been so nice about fixing it, even though I know that shes busy!!

Chains are not that expensive, especially if they are just sterling. I think thats all it is right? You just need to make sure that you get a chain that can fit through the loop of the pendant. I have a hear charm that fits on no other chain!! Its so annoying because when I broke the original, I had to search out a new chain. And even that, I had to smoosh the clasp loop to get the pendant on the chain! So def. check the loop on the pendant to make sure that its open enough to fit a new chain (sorry if I am being confusing)

I was also in the same boat, although I have 4 BMs. MOH lives here in NC so I think we are just doing the Vegas bach party as my "shower." Then my SIL lives across the country and can't travel again til the wedding. My other BM also lives her in NC, but shes a terrible planner and I would hate to see what she would come up with (shes kinda cheesy...) and my FSIL lives in NY so shes up for whatever, but she is a CPA and is out of commission until April. BUT no one could throw one for me. At first I didn't want one, but now that its closer, I kind of do. Nothing cheesy with games...I don't even care about gifts. But I like girly stuff. So my aunts are actually throwing me one (they did so for my SIL) at a restaurant. Just something small and quiet. Hopefully it goes that way though! But I totally understand, I would feel like I was missing out on something (traditional) if I didn't have a shower. Plus we aren't having an AHR.

Yeah, when I saw it on the website, I was like, thats a good deal. It says that they are connected when you click on the neclace (in very small print to the right...of course!!!) Then I went to the store to see if they could be disconnected but they def. only have 1 clasp. I suppose you could somehow separate them, but it probably wouldn't be worth it. The website really is deceiving though!

Just an FYI on the necklace...I almost bought these for my BMs, BUT they are connected, so you wouldn't be able to separate them. As much as I love my girls, I can't spend $125.00 on something I am not sure they would wear more than once. I love them though! Yeah, no AHR for us either. We were going to have a wedding in the states (Vegas) and people were all pissy about it because they think Vegas is corny. So we changed it to Jamaica over a year ago and now, even after more than a year of knowing, people aren't coming for some excuse or another. My mom even offered people her miles and they declined. SO no AHR for us. We dont want to spend more money on something we don't feel is necessary (FI is completely against doing anything back here, I am willing to do a little open house) so that we can make others feel better. Just do what you feel is right...whatever you choose do it for you guys and only you guys!! Hey were date twins ;-)

Bed Bath and Beyond sells these, either in white or multi-colored packs - 5 for $10.00 and you can use a coupon. They are battery operated. Not too bright but really cute and cheap.

Reservations period for your stay. I think that if you are in a suite, there is a separate area for reservations so that you don't need to stand in line with the regular rooms.

I can't even imagine how much it would cost to have the full aisle of petals that are shown in Tai Florals website. I wanted to do the same thing, then I started looking at silk petals (bad for the environment so I scrapped that) and now I am looking at freeze-dried, which I am hoping will be cheaper. Just from what people say about Tai Floral, they are really expensive!

According to some reviews on Trip Advisor, the new booking system for specialty restaurants is as follows: You are able to book 2 restaurants up to 4 days in advace between the hours of 10 and 4 at reception. This sounds WAY better. Hope they keep that around
