    You're going to have a great time!! I had mine in Vegas back in January. There are a TON of great deals out there on hotels right now for the time that you are looking to go. There were maybe 6 or us but I do have friends in Vegas, so that sometimes increased depending on what we were doing. In some ways, it was easier when it was a smaller group though, as there are less opinions!! I do STRONGLY suggest you get tickets to Stripper 101. It was really fun.

    Ha I bought 30 of those but then returned them...they were HUGE and we are giving one per person. I was afraid that we wouldnt have the funds to fill them. But they are great. So many colors and a great price. They were $1.00 each when I bought them so I guess GR realized they are popular. Let me know if anyone needs me to grab some for you!!

    I wouldn't worry. If 1/2 of your stuff is available in stores, and someone goes to the store, and nothing on your registry is available (whether its already purchased, or available online...) then I am sure people will just end up getting you giftcards.

    I bought the flowers at Hobby Lobby. They came like 7 to a stem. I just cut each one off and hot glued it to the handle. Then on top of that I hot glued one end of the ribbon and let it dry. Then I just started wrapping around the handle and hot glued the end (on the backside of the fan)...wow thats a lot harder to explain! I have to make 6 more so I will take pics as I go.

    Its kind of like a TJ Maxx. Kathie, the farthest NE they have right now is in NJ. I don't think that they have much in the Northeast

    From what I have read on here, I would not rely on the ATM at the resort. I think sometimes it is out of money and other times, it does not work altogether. If you plan on bringing travelers checks, I would just make sure that they are in smaller denominations since any change that you receive would probably be in Jamaican Dollars.

    Well, thankfully (for now)....9 family members are flying Air Jamaica out of JFK. AJ still allows 2 bags checked per person for free. So they are the lucky winners of a crapload of extra suitcases!!! I am also bringing down 30 beach towels, centerpieces, my flowers....yeah its gonna be fun times!

    I am waiting for FI to give me his opinion. I would need like 25. Katy and I live in the same city so we could put ours together....but again, have to wait for him to opinionate! UPDATE - Its a no go for me. Great idea though!
