  1. I think regular Jamaica postcards are a good idea - it'll be a remainder of your DW. I wouldn't put your logo on them.
  2. Good luck Janet. I felt the same way, I was buying everything and just had to put my foot down. I'm no longer looking I have enough stuff.
  3. Family matters are so delicate. I'm sure you reminded him. Let us know what he says. I can't wait to find out if I will get the job I interviewed for and I know it'll be a couple of weeks before I find out. I can't stand it. Oh, and for some reason I'm just hungry today no matter what I eat!!!!!!!!!
  4. I've been wanting to do, but I can't find anyplace in Dallas that does it. Does anyone know where?
  5. I agree with Jessica and Lucy. The weekend of my bachelorette party it was also his bachelor party, I stayed in Dallas and he went to Houston with some friends. When he return he told me he missed me and just wanted to spend the afternoon with me. It's a good idea to take a break from each other.
  6. This is hilarious and very true. This is definitely what they would like it.

  14. I absolutely love these! However, Mark wore something like this for our engagement party and some of his buddies told him he looked gay. So now he's against it.... irritating.
  15. Whomever can I want to go will be there. I was surprised at some of the guests at our wedding. The ones that I thought would be there for sure, some of them are not coming and the ones that I thought weren't coming, some of them are coming. The bottom line is either they will or not you'll still have a beautiful wedding and wonderful memories.
  16. I think this is a great idea and didn't think about it earlier. I wish I would of done it.

  18. Wow! Tough decision, I've been to both and they are both fabulous! But completely different. About a year ago I went to Bora Bora, Papeete and Moorea. Papeete is the hub for all of the islands, it's just ok. We stayed at Le Meridien (Which I'm glad we did, we saw the Sheraton and didn't like it) on a water bungalow and it was fun. We went shopping for Tahitian pearls and oh my.... gorgeous!! Then we went to Bora Bora, it was amazing!! This was my favorite island. We also stated at Le Meridien which was also a fabulous resort. We arrived at the airport, very small - we got picked up on a small boat and taken to our hotel. That alone was impressive, I knew I would fall in love with Bora Bora. The older hotels are along the edge of the main island, we stayed on a Motu (which are the strips of island that sourround the main island and are away from it. This is the ring that you've seen in pictures) which is right next to the amazing St. Regis and I believe the Four Seasons. Completely secluded and absolutely breathtaking, it was the definition of relaxation. This is pretty much how the day went "Would you like to lay out here or on the other side of the beach". We went to town to check it out and it was very easy since the hotel provided a water taxi. Once we got there we saw the famous hotel Bora Bora and I was so glad we didn't stay there. You definitely want to stay in any of the hotels in the Motus, the beaches are better. I was sad to leave Bora Bora, but excited to go to Moorea which I must say I was a bit Disappointed in. There we stayed in the Sheraton and was nice, not as nice as the Meridien had been but there were roosters and chickens everywhere walking around the property and I hated it (I have phobia). Moorea is a beautiful island, a lot of vegetation. If you go all the way over there and don't see any other islands then you would love Moorea. Nothing at all like Bora Bora, but there's also another island called Roatonga which a friend of mine just loved. So you could do both. It's very to island hop. Again this will be your do nothing trip and just sit get sun and stare at the gorgeous water. You will not believe how it can be so pretty. As far as everything else, all of the islands are extremely expensive, I think more than Hawaii. But the pearls are out of this world and there great places in Bora Bora to purchase them. You definitely want to get some if you go that far. Italy in the other hand is the country of Romance and love. I went to Florence, Sienna, Venice, Rome and Milan. Florence took my breath away, the history of that place was incredible. I couldn't believe I was actually staring at real Boticelli's and Michelangelo's pieces it was almost out of my comprehension. I heard people saw David for the first time and just thought that's it... I stare at him for an hour, because he's so perfect. You walked down the street and just see old frescos on the wall's corner, beautiful place. Sienna is actually more charming than Florence, in fact it reminds me of Prague. Tuscany is extremely picturesque and you feel you're in a postcard. Venice of course amazing, you have no idea what to expect when you arrive at the train station and see all the water around you. Knowing and seeing 2 completely different things, I felt the safest in Venice and I let myself get lost and wander around the city. The Piazza San Marco is just like what it looks in the movies, you look to your left and you see this jazz band dressed in tuxedos just playing in the peaceful afternoon. Rome and Milan reminded me of New York. I cried when I saw the vatican in Rome, I couldn't believe I was standing in it and felt very blessed for the opportunity. Again, you have 2 amazing places in mind - just remember Bora Bora is for laying around and do nothing and Italy will be more of go go place, since you'll want to see everything. Good luck in your decision, it will be amazing either way.
  19. I love this place. Apparently they are closing 18 stores this year, but opening 17 in markets that they are better known. What does that mean? I have no idea since I think a lot of people already know about them.
