Danielle, I'm sorry you're going through all of this. I went through something similar, you really find a lot about people when weddings come around. Now I understand why sometimes friendships are broken. Hang in there, put your foot down, make decisions and don't look back. Good luck!

Remember since the beach is public, people will be staring and watching. Especially around 4pm, there are a lot of people on the beach and in the pool. The pool is open till 6pm everyday so if people see a wedding going on they're all over it. I loved having the mariachis, that's one thing I really wanted. They were fantastic and played for about an hour. But you can obviously extend the time and negotiate, we paid 500.00 for the hour.

I don't think so. We had a welcome dinner, a rehearsal dinner and a glass bottom tour that we paid for. We had the same feeling about it as you, but since we invited guests to other things we didn't feel bad about having the wedding dinner at the resort.

This is a hard one, but even though she did a collage you didn't like. You might want to just let her have it at your shower. Otherwise, she might feel as you are not being appreciative of her efforts. I know, I know you want things perfect but I think sometimes you have to lose some battles. Remember she's excited about your wedding and she's doing the best she knows how.

Wow! That's crazy, I wonder if she even knows what that word means. Did you tell the Dad? Was he mortified? I would be.
