We booked Erick for both TTD and Wedding....Check out their blogs and pick whos you like the most. Thats what we did. We asked Claudia, since she wasnt available who she suggested out of all her other people who were available and it was Erick!

I would understand....and they were being nice. They still plan to go down for your wedding I would be ok with it

This monday I am starting a strain of this diet....nothing but soup water tea monday and the next soup and protein, then soup again etc....my trainer suggested it he said its great for weight loss but wants to keep lean muscle
