She sent out a mailing to all of people interested in going to Jamaica, that included prices, etc. She showed us the mailing she was going to send, but it was nothing like what we thought. It looked like a kindergarten project, she cut out pics of the resort and taped them on the front of the paper. Nothing was straight, and words were abbreviated. Everyone was so confused.
The list she recently sent me said one of my guests had left two messages to book flight, why didn't she return their call no one should have to call twice.
she is always on vacation and out of the office. They need a way to communicate when they are out. At lease she sent you a list of the people that are going, I dont have any of that information. She doesnt tell me who has booked untikl I ask her. It sounds like we have the same TA, LOL. She tried to tell me that we had to pay for the airfare in full instead of putting down a deposit that I saw on the airlines website. It's like Im telling what she is supposed to do and its nerve wrecking. Yes, she 's always out of the office on travel as well.
