    A $20 Black & Decker steamer. I just throw some veggies in there and don't have to think about them until to the little timer chimes. It frees up space on the stove too! I love it.

    All of my female guests (with the exception of those under the age of 10) are either married or engaged. For the men, there are 2 that are single. Obviously tossing the bouquet and garter does not make a lot of sense. I would still like to do these little traditions though. Has anyone ever seen these things mean something different? For example, maybe the one who catches the bouquet is the next one to have a baby or something. I don't know. Any thoughts?

    The grocery store is the worst. I completely agree with you on EVERYTHING you've said. I think the only place that tries my patience more is Wal-Mart. I guess it's appropriate that they have become a grocery store as well.

    Thanks everyone. (And sorry I put customers in the title. I always do that when I want to write customs.) I figured we'd have to do it in each country, but just wanted to double check. That's annoying when the second flight is less than an hour.

    I brought back sand from St. Lucia last year and my brother brought back sand from Kenya a few years ago. I would think it's fine, but who knows. I guess they could be worried about bringing little bugs into the country of something.

    OK, I'll confess. I'm the messy one in the relationship. I don't like that I am, but there are so many other things that take up my time that it gets pushed aside. I know it drives FI crazy. I'm working on it though!

    This is long over due, but I wanted to give a big thank you to Kristi Klemens and Paul Bennett! Chris and I are one of three couples they selected to give a FREE photography and videography package to! We are so excited and honored to have been chosen and are looking forward to having them in St. Lucia with us. Had it not been for their generous offer, we would not have been able to afford to bring in a videographer and photographer from the US. Thank you Paul and Kristi for giving us the opportunity to capture our special moments in such a wonderful way. You're the best!

    I feel like I've heard that people typically spend around $5,000 for their honeymoon. I think $2,000 in spending money should be fine.
