I have never done scrapbooking before, so I'm a little clueless...OK, very clueless. I will be making boarding pass invitaitons, so I am going to purchase a paper trimmer and am trying to figure out which blades I need. I know I need the traditional straight blade, so I'm not worried about that. I would like my RSVPs to tear off and be mailed to me as a postcard. I've seen people mention perforating blades and scoring blades. It sounds like the perforating blade would be what I want, but what does a scoring blade do?

I wish I looked this up before. I was all excited that I had saved up enough points to finally buy this and it doesn't work. That was my first purchase. Now I'm sad.

We're going to have my 2 year old niece with us, so that would be difficult. It's really hard to get tickets this year since it's their final season in this stadium. You can't really jump around. Thank you though.

They have no chance of getting anyone's business on here!

I don't know if only wedding stuff can be posted here, so mods feel free to move this if need be. I'm looking to buy 4 Yankees tickets for Friday, August 15th against the Royals. The only affordable tickets I can find on eBay or StubHub are for the no alcohol bleachers. If anyone has season tickets or knows someone who would be willing to sell them (I mean come on, they're playing the Royals), please let me know. Thanks!

Did Smith annoy anyone else? Maybe his hair was just bothering me, but something about him got under my skin. Charlotte was definitely the comic-relief of the movie.

I'm still trying to figure out the whole Stanford/Anthony thing. That was so random. Stanford is way too good for Anthony, so I didn't like that. The Miranda/Steve situation really got me thinking about how important it is to never take your relationship for granted. I missed sweet, energetic Steve. Because of the situation, he was just a mess throughout the movie. I don't think Miranda's comment really had anything to do with Big not getting out of the car. I think Carrie wanted to blame someone else for what happened. Samantha looks so good. And I agree about the "fat scene." If that's fat, then I'm in some serious trouble! Just for the record, pudding is not make in Poughkeepsie. Everyone in the theatre went crazy during that part because I was watching it at the Poughkeepsie Galleria. We don't get too many show-outs in movies!

I think you are expected to give a gift at an engagement party. That's why I specifically told everyone I don't want one. The gift giving for weddings is getting out of control. What can you do though. I agree with the others...just get something small from the registry or a bottle of wine.

Do you have to go with an all-inclusive? There are other options out there that make it more affordable for your guests. We're renting a private villa, but you could also do a resort that isn't AI. Just a thought.

I'm arriving before my FI. He's coming on Thursday and we're getting married on Saturday. I wanted one more day in there, but you can't get married in St. Lucia on Sundays.

It was so wonderful! I saw it on Friday night with my best friend. I was definitely confused with the Stanford situation as well. Not sure what happened there. I actually saw the movie in Poughkeepsie, so of course the theatre went nuts. I think they wrapped everything up really well. I'd be surprised if they made another one.

I did a search for this and few things popped up, but not whole lot. I'm getting married at a private villa, so we have the pool all to ourselves. I'm looking for some ideas for decorations in and around the pool area for an evening/night time reception. I really need pictures because I'm definitely a visual person. TIA.

I doubt it will affect attendance. If you want it then, go for it.
