I heard onthe radio this morning that the kidney is "valued" at $1.5 million, so that's where that amount comes from. This is a tough situation. I'm definitely interested to see how it plays out.

Someone has suggested this before in a similar thread...You can register at a place like Bed Bath & Beyond that gives cash for all returns from your registry. Kind of sneaky, but it could help solve your problem.

I'm so sorry to hear about your father. FI's father was diagnosed with leukemia last June and passed away in September. It's not easy. Just know that it's OK to cry, whether it's 10 minutes or 10 years from now. We're all here for you. This forum was wonderful with helping me through the passings in my family last year.

Maida, I'm in the same boat as you. I usually think cake toppers are cheesy, but I saw those same ones (someone on here ordered them from the first seller you posted) and really liked them. I think they're fun!

I think they dropped them all at once, so you're probably good to go. My guess is they decided to only have two direct flights during the off-peak season, which starts in May. I'm so frustrated with American Airlines. I've had to deal with 3 schedule changes already. Just make a schedule and keep it!

I think that's all you're going to get. It started snowing in NY around 6:30 this morning and finished around 2:30. I think we're done for now. It's so pretty, I love it. I don't know the total amount we got yet, but my area had at least 10" from Friday's storm.

I have a multi-city itinerary, so it's different from what you're booking. I'm flying from JFK to St. Lucia, then to Punta Cana, and back to JFK. Heather, was your flight dropped? I'm not sure when it starts, but I know in May the Monday flight no longer exists. So sad...

They just dropped the flight to/from JFK and St. Lucia on Mondays. I'm SO pissed!

For those of you towards the bottom of the list, don't count yourself out. I think that the location of the studio is really far for a lot of people who have expressed interest, so you may be in luck. It's 90 miles for me to travel! Also, for those of you from NYC, be sure to check the train route and schedule. The train will only take you to Waterbury which is west of Middletown. I think the time fo the schedule works, but be aware that it's over a 2 hour ride. I'm not trying to discourage anyone, just want to pass on the information I found.
