I'm so sorry April. Feel free to cry, vent, scream at us all you want. We're here for you through this truly difficult time.

I did Jillian Michael's The Shred for the last 3 days and I'm loving it. It's so quick that it fits into my schedule easily. Doing well so far!

I was talking to some of the girls at work yesterday. They liked Petal Princess on the front of the shirt (Ashley, I think it's so funy you thought of that too!) and Flower Power on the back. I like it, but I'm not totally loving it.

I did The Shred Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I think it's exactly what I need. It's straight to the point and doesn't take up a lot of time or space. I started using 2 pound weights, but will use 3 pounds tonight. I know, big change! Hey, baby steps.

I'm definitely going to her shower, there's no question there. I was wondering if it would be wrong of me to kind of push to have the shower another day. All of the bridesmaids (10 of them!) are trying to find a date that works, so I was wondering if I should block out the 6th. The thing is, it looks like that date works for everyone else. I was laughing because her sister told me that my friend would understand if I was too tired to go the bacherlorette party that night. First of all, no she wouldn't. Second, I've been waiting for that party for 14 years! It sucks that some of the fun has been taken out of it for me just because it's on that day (let's be honest, I'll want to be home with my new hubby instead of being at a club), but whatever, that day is about her, not me. By the way Yamille, you will be meeting her next month, so this post never happened!

My best friend is getting married two months after me. Her sister set her shower/bachelorette party date for June 13th, a week after I get home from my honeymoon. No problem! But I just got an e-mail saying that she is moving the shower and bachelorette party to June 6th. My flight comes into JFK the night of June 5th, meaning I won't get home until at least midnight. This takes away that first morning of sleeping in with my hubby, plus I'm going to be out all night. Is it wrong of me to say that I can't do that day? Am I being selfish? I just feel like I'm going to be exhausted and won't be totally there for my best friend. I feel like the worst bridesmaid ever!

Some of us are doing a group session, so we're only paying $150 for the session and pics. We're all paying an additional $100 for hair and make-up. I'm doing the book on my own since it's a lot cheaper than paying an additional $150. Her non-group/normal price for the session and pics is $250.

I want to get my niece and nephew (flowergirl and ringbearer) a t-shirt to wear in St. Lucia. My niece will be 3 and my nephew will be 2 1/2. I am happy with my idea for the ringbearer shirt. On the front it will say "King of the Ring" with his name underneath it, and then on the back it will say, "I Bring the Bling". The problem is, I can't find any cute ideas for the flowergirl shirt. I'm fine with it just saying Flower Girl with her name on the front, but I want something fun on the back. The only phrases FI and I have been able to come up with are "Petal Pusher" and "Perfectly Picked". Yeah, not loving either one. Any ideas? I want some funny like the ringbearer's shirt. TIA!

My best friend just told me about this the other day. I'm starting tonight...My BD shoot is in exactly 30 days! Eek!

Hi girls. I'm doing good ol' Weight Watchers. When I actually stick to it, it really works for me. I have 4 1/2 months to go, so it's time to get serious! My friend recommended to me The Shred (or something like that) by Jillian from the Biggest Loser. I haven't done it yet, but I guess it's a 20 minute workout that really kicks your butt. It's free on-demand on Time Warner, not sure about other carriers. I'm excited to try it tonight. The best part is, you really can't justify skipping a 20 minute workout, so I'll HAVE to do it!

I will be zip-lining as well. I know there are two different lines: One that is all zip-lining and one that is part zip-line, part skyride (like the gondola at a ski resort). I've heard the skyride is pretty boring. The line that has all zip-lining runs out of Dennery, so that's the one I'm going with. I have not researched companies yet. I've read that you NEED to eat lunch at Dasheen, a restaurant at Ladera. It's between the Pitons and the view is supposed to be completely breaktaking. We're also going to the Jump-up in Gros Islet the night before our wedding with any of our guests who want to join us. It's a street party they have every Friday to celebrate the arrival of the weekend. There's also a fish fry every Friday night in Anse la Raye which is closer to Marigot Bay. That one is supposed to be a little bit calmer, and honestly, I'd prefer to go to that one, but the jump-up is only 5 minutes away from Villa Capri, so it just makes sense to go there. I can't wait to get there! I've been there once and it's absolutely gorgeous. This time I'm staying on the opposite end of the island, so I get to experience different things! Woo hoo!
