I agree with those who say just let it go....not only because everyone will know that you had nothing to do with the invites and to recognize that she went to the effort....but because if I tried to lie and tell her that something spilled on them, my face would go beat red and everyone would know for a fact I was lying

Oh, that's really cute!! Hmm...baseball theme party....OTC has baseball maracas - where the maraca is painted and shaped like a baseball. And I think they have a baseball shaped pinata.... Are you sending invites? You could make those look like a baseball ticket. Just alter the boarding pass style or I've seen something similar on ebay. I still think the candy buffet could work - you could have those baseball gumballs, licorice, and maybe some gourmet popcorn (Dale and Thomas style). Maybe you could have vintage style baseball cards and pennants on tables? And if you are naming tables, you could have baseball sayings or team names.... This might not work too well, but instead of a guest book, you could have everyone sign a baseball bat and mitt? For favours, you could have baseballs that you've written your names and wedding date on.

They look great, Tara! I'm looking on Amazon and there are tons of luggage tags...do you know which kind you bought? Again, great job!!

Ours only does one per week, so the staff and our WC are focused on you and your guests all week, plus I didn't want random tourists watching us get married, so I wanted a private resort...we do pay for it, though, and while I wanted to be able to customize our wedding like we could if we were doing a wedding up here, it wouldn't suit a bride who preferred the simplicity of just choosing package a, b or c. That's true, Kathy - some of the prices thrown out on this thread are wacky. If anyone is interested in PF, email Lindsay and Adam and they will send an excel spreadsheet they have prepared with all the costs. This was really helpful for us in setting our budget, and we still use it. Once you start planning with Lindsay, she'll send you another wedding spreadsheet where you can fill in all the details, etc -it, along with all her help and expertise, make planning a breeze. Kathy, that is too bad that you loved the resort so much but couldn't make it work with your guests. We have a few single guests coming, but most of them are friends so don't mind sharing. I can't wait to hear how Dreams and Villa Mediterraneo work for you!!

Thanks Kisa - I know what you mean about the disparity between the rooms....however, the one next to the kitchen is discounted 20%. But all the others are the same price, and you have to assign your guests to the rooms. On one hand, I like that we can see who we have coming and then try to assign the rooms best later, but on the other hand, I think it might be tough to assign the rooms.... Anyway, I'm not to the point of assigning rooms yet but when I do, I'll let you know how it goes!!

I like your favourite the best, too! Not sure how I missed last month's, but I like the decor inspiration pics for beach weddings, too....thanks for sharing.
