If you are not exercising, start. If you are exercise, kick up the intensity. Eat super clean- eliminate sugar, white bread, flour, anything that isn't whole grains, drinks lots of water, use flax seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, lean proteins and vegetables.

If you have at least two week you should be able to do it. Good luck!
    I second this plan!!

BUT!!!! I can't believe he told you to wear a long veil!! I would have kicked him. Do you have any picks of you in the dress?
  2. Pros with going with a male photographer:

    1. I kind of feel (as a male) that I have an understanding of whats going to be a great photo for him. I would know what he will enjoy and a woman of course will make some great photos

Good point JM. I definitely agree with that...

You are a riot! The creepiness factor is a big consideration. I think you really have to go with someone that you are comfortable because no matter what the quality of the photos are, if you are uncomfortable that will show in your pics!!! good luck finding a photographer!
  3. i think if you change the jewelry and shoes it perfectly fine! i am a huge fan of buying things in multiples and wearing things over and over and over. you wear the same shoes everyday sometimes, right? i say if the dress is a winner go for it wink.gif

see i think it serves obvious good purposes and there are so many people that have lived long healthy lives because of organ donations. But I was wondering about her contention about Dr's not being registered....
  5. I have heard so many conflicting opinions/reports, but my nutritionist said I should not have that selected on my drivers license because in a life or death situation they re not s likely to save my life OR overmedicate someone (as she has witnessed before). she noted that most doctors are not organ donors and she has seen doctors.

So for the Drs/RN's out there, what are your thoughts on the matter? are you an organ donorhuh.gif
