  1. Here's the link to sunset times on the forum (hope this works) http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t1154

I wish I could have mine at 5 or 6 pm, so that we have time to do things in the morning and relax, and that's what I originally planned for. But after Bradley suggested the time, I changed it bc I'm sure he's shot so many weddings and lives in Cabo. My thing is, it is definitely YOUR day, so never mind what anyone else thinks and go with what you want. I keep on telling myself I will survive this planning and in the end, everything will pan out and I will be happy with the results.
  3. I originally wanted 4:30 as well, but the sunset is at 5:30 pm, so that didn't leave time for pics. My photographer says that the best time would be 3 - 3:30. We are going to have the ceremony at 3:30 and take pics from 4 - 5 pm.

Yes...drink all the wine you want just let them pour the house not give you the bottle...seriously I would never pay $80 for a bottle of wine here! I wouldn't even pay $40! Thanks for the great review. I love it when the details are all there. Also, thanks for the heads up on Maye. I hired her as well and her emails are slowing down, so I'm going to do what you say and be proactive!
  5. It depends on where you're getting them. You just have to make sure you give it enough time to get to you and enough time to send to your guests. I'm still debating on if I should send to people who are not going as well. There's a thread out there with this info, it's a personal preference I would say. Where are you getting married at Kim?
  6. I was about to post a new thread asking if there were any December 08 brides here! Thanks so much for starting it. I'm really started to feel the pressure of the months counting down so quickly, it was just yesterday that I still had at least a year! I've sent out my STD's, now I'm still trying to decide if I want to DIY invites or order them. So much to do, so little time! Looking forward to sharing ideas with you two!

  8. Thanks for posting pics, can't wait to read your review! Your hair was very cute!
  9. Luis Miguel is another person you might want to check for slower love songs. I LOVE his music!
  10. Thanks for the update on Dreams. I'm now so excited to continue planning and can't wait for my guests to enjoy it!

  12. I searched and really couldn't find anything on the forum on this... I was wondering for Dreams Los Cabos brides, did you or are you going to do the wedding package offered by Dreams or are you doing a la carte? I have about 30-40 people attending, and I'm trying to figure out if it would be more beneficial to get the package. I've hired Bradley Frasier, I have Maye for my outside coordinater, but I'm thinking, for the Ultimate package, it includes photographer, video of ceremony, food accommodations for 20, etc for $2650. That means I just have to pay for another 20 off my guest. Any idea pass or present brides to be have good input? Thanks so much!
  13. These look great. Finally getting around to doing my invites and appreciate the pics!
  14. They really went all out on their wedding. It was so nice!
  15. Here's the pricing sheet, hope this helps! Events information guide.doc

Hi, here's the latest Menu at Dreams that I received. I don't know how to attach a section sheet yet, so I'll put the pricing on another post. Dinner Options.doc
  17. I'm being a bit indecisive with where I'd like my reception to be at Dreams Los Cabos. Originally, we have it booked for Oceana Terrace, but Marianna just informed me that it is not beach front. From your experience or knowledge, for about 30-60 people, which do you think is a good area for the reception? Any help would be great!!

  19. I bought Anna Griffith Save the Dates from Target, but I'm having such a hard time printing on them bc there is no format to go by. I can't seem to find the invitations anywhere on the internet to try a format. It's light green pasley's and brown, and the "save the date" wording is in the middle. Does anyone know where I can get a pre-set format?

I was just quoted $28/pp per event for Dec 2008, does anyone know if this is the rate for this year?

  23. what site are you using? I'm just in the beginning of planning and looking for a reasonable site to start.
  24. FI was wondering that too. He was wondering why it would cost extra pp on top of what we pay already. Ok, thanks for the info. I'll check to make sure what the amount is with the WC.
  25. I finally booked Dreams for Dec. 05, 2008! It really is now official. How exciting and to join a group of very informative brides (to be) is awesome! I love this forum.
