St. Thomas is a fabulous place for a wedding and you also have so many opportunities to visit all the other islands like Virgin Gorda and Tortolla. I was in the VI's this past winter and loved it! Welcome and gratulations! There are so many incredible places for your beach wedding. Are you set on any specific country or still evaluating. A couple of recommendations would be... The Rock House in Negril, Jamaica (went here for my honeymoon) Isla Mujeres, a wonderful little island off the coast of Cancun (I have photographed many weddings here and I got married on the island as well) Blucacao Beach Club, just south of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. ..:: Blucacao Beach Club ::.. (I've photographed a few weddings here and it's a wonderful and private beach). Their website is ..:: Blucacao Beach Club ::.. I photographed a few weddings there last winter and it was incredible. The best part is that it's on a private stretch of beach. Welcome to the forum Burnsey and congratulations! You might want to check out a new place called Blucacao Beach Club. Blucacao is located in the exclusive development Grand Coral, just 5 minutes away from Playa del Carmen. Below, is a slideshow from a wedding I photographed there this past winter. It will give you a better feel for the place. The great thing about Blucacao is that it is on a private beach. You do not need to stay at the Grand Coral if you do not want either. Welcome to the forum and congratulations! When you are doing your search, do consider Isla Mujeres. It's a small island off the coast of Cancun. I was married there two years ago and have photographed weddings there as well. It's an incredible island and so much to do. And, your guests can get around on foot or by golf cart.
