    I just did a bit of my own research on this hotel and it seems lovely!!! I'm thinking M and I might have to take a trip there maybe in 2011, once they've worked out all their kinks and everything

    I didn't get married at the Hilton so I'm not sure how the WC's there were. I think it depends on you and your comfort level. If you're super hands on, detail oriented and prefer to be in control, then I say you can do it all yourself. The vendors, at least the ones that I worked with, were super reliable and easy to communicate with. We didn't hire an outside WC and just used the resort coordinator and it worked out really well.

    Awesome review and pics!!! everything looked so amazing and you were gorgeous! I am going to second Heather's question, where are your bm dresses from?? they're super lovely. Your review brought back memories of my wedding, since I used most of the same vendors and we just looooved Dreams! EEEEKKK I can't wait for April when we get to go back!

    Kristen, if you're getting married at Dreams you can definitely use an outside photographer, we did.

    we considered doing this as well but in the end opted for paper invites because we had some people on our list (like grandparents, and family in Europe) who wouldn't have access to email.
