  1. 35 min on eliptical, then worked out my arms, shoulders, back and abs...I really wanted to go for a run but I hurt my foot on the weekend boo the only way it doesn't hurt is when I wear heels to work...haha! go figure!
  2. We didn't really set a budget, but we discuss all the expenses as they arise. If we think something is unnecessary then we just don't do it. We splurge on some stuff and get rid of others (like the rehersal and welcome dinners).
  3. We are going to get legally married here about a month before our wedding and then we're having our religious ceremony at the Church in Cabo. We just didn't want to have to worry about it there and having blood taken etc...
  4. I would do the boarding passes for the save the dates and passport for the invites because you can add more information to them
  5. I wish I had a stylist with me every day...lol! I will for sure post them...there will be about 20 so it should be pretty easy. Thanks for all the support and encouragement...I wouldn't have even had the idea to do it without you guys
  6. welcome to the forum and happy planning!!!

  16. I didn't bother doing the package because there are too many things that I wouldn't need plus I like a bit more control of my wedding. We just hired a WC and she's doing it all for us. The WC at the resort reserved the terrace for us and is setting up all the food etc... for the wedding, then my outside WC is arranging everything else, cake, flowers, firedancers, etc... (although I'm doing alot of the research myself first)
  17. I LOOOOVE the first one! You look so beautiful and elegant in it! Its perfect!

Thanks Hi Shelly, my FI and I aren't a part of the parish in Cabo either and we had no issues getting a date confirmed. The first thing I did was call the church and spoke with Padre Juvencio on the phone. He told me the process for having a Catholic ceremony in his church and sent me some info by email. Basically we had to go to our parish priest here, let him know of what we wanted to do and have him start our paper work. We also had to start our Marriage Prep classes here as well. Once all that is started, the parish priest is supposed to email the priest in Cabo and let him know that you've started with everything, at which point he can officially reserve the date and time for you. We had some problems with our priest here who hates the fact that we live together and are not paying him the money to have the wedding in his church. He refused to send Padre Juvencio the email stating that we'd begun our process. We were literally freaking out and then our WC Maye suggested that we get a formal letter from the Educational services of the Church saying we'd started. Once I got that I scanned and emailed it to Padre Juvencio who emailed me back within the day and confirmed that our date and time were booked in. The paperwork will be done between your local parish and the parish in Cabo. So you don't have to do much after that (I hope) lol hope that helps...I went on a bit of a rant there.

You might want to try actually having the ceremony at a chapel in Cabo or at home when you return.
