  1. just be really careful with shin splints because they can lead to stress fractures if you really push it. Try taking some time off of running/walking, strengthen your muscles like everyone is suggesting, and go to a proper running store and get your feet sized for the proper shoes.
  2. ran 10k, did abs and jogged up 24 flights of stairs to my apt. I think I pulled a muscle in my leg though because my calve is throbbing right now and I can barely walk boo! I went by winners on my way home today and they had soooo much good workout stuff. I bought an exercise ball and a tension band for my leg workouts can't wait to try them all tomorrow...I'm making abs and legs a part of my morning wakeup from now on~

  6. they don't have it my size and the medium just sold out! boo, I'm so sad now! I emailed to see whether they're getting anymore sizes in though...I'd love to have it just for either TTD or wearing around this summer

  9. I'm so terribly sorry. I know how sad you must feel, but try to stay positive. A couple of years ago my friend got pregnant, she was 3 months along and then she miscarried. She was terribly upset too. Then 4 months later she got pregnant again, and now she has the most beautiful baby girl named Kalia. We recently talked about what happend and she said that she's really glad things worked out the way they did because now she has this amazing little girl and she doesn't know how she would be without her. I believe that things happen for a reason, you and Tim have a precious little baby that is meant to be with you and this is just the process that you are taking before you meet. Its really common to miscarry with your first pregnancy and I don't think it in any way predicts your future...its just bringing you closer the baby that is meant for you

  22. they're just so delicious especially the boston cream *tear I try to sit at my desk and not walk by the front entrance until about 11am or so...that's usually when all the good stuff is gone and most of what's left is all hard and crusty because its been in the open air for a couple of hours. I'm just going to keep telling myself that they taste awful :S It wouldn't be as bad if our offices didn't have glass walls, so that I can see everyone munching away!
  23. We have doughnut friday's every friday at work! EFF! I'm not happy....every friday I have to smell it and see everyone eating doughnuts and bagles and muffins and croissants The worst part is that people think I'm nuts for wanting to lose weight so they come into my office and actually put the food down on my desk for me to eat I am so frustrated and not happy at all. I think the whole idea is stupid to begin with and I wish whomever had this idea to eat fatty delicious food every friday had been fired looong before they opened their big mouth. Sorry...I went on a bit of a tangent. But how the eff am I supposed to be healthy, work out and lose weight with all this stuff around me?!
