  10. Went to the gym for the first time after the running training! it felt good! 30min eliptical, and upper body workout
  11. Yea I think I might just order one or two, either way I'm a gross sweaty mess so paying money for it seems a bit silly...lol!
  12. Ok so I got a bunch of proofs that the photographers took along the way of the run. Please don't pay attention to the atrocious faces I was making, (A)I didn't know that they were snapping pics, and (B)I apparently make faces when I'm tried..haha! But anyways, do you think any of these are worth ordering?
  13. OMG if I'd lost it I'd probably be freaking out and need to be sedated So basically for the wedding band I decided that I want a semi-eternity micro pave ring with all Canadian diamonds. Apparently you can't buy it in a store because they can't guarantee that all the diamonds are Canadian. I took a picture of one that I loved at Birks, but I'm waiting to hear back from the jewler (once he speaks with his factory people in the North West Territories) to find out whether they can produce the ring that I want. If he can then it will be the only one of its kind. yey! Then I won't feel so bad for picking such a classic looking ring..lol! here's a pic of it that we took on Saturday, unfortunatley its not very good, and its really hard to see how crazy sparkly it really is! In person it was so pretty.
  14. I noticed the stone was a bit loose in the setting so I had to take it in on saturday morning to get tightened. The jewler didn't tell me on the phone that I'd have to leave it there for A WHOLE WEEK!!! Its super weird not having it with me. The good news is that I think I found my wedding band, and now I have to wait to see whether or not he can create what I want. I'll post a pic and more when I get home because its 5pm and I'm out of here!!!! (work that is) haha!
  15. You definitely deserve a present for being left alone at home You're going to have an awesome time!

Andy and I were totally jazzed to sign up and train for it but I'm not so sure now You should totally do it! honestly 13 miles seems intimidating...I didn't think I could do it either, but you train for it and every week you add a mile to your jogg and before you know it your endurance and strength carries you to the finish line! The key is to sign up for it, and then maybe find a running clinic that will teach and inspire you. I'm going to sign up for the full marathon in october tonight it seems totally impossible right now...I can finish the 1/2 but then I feel like throwing up after. I know that I can do it though, I just need to get motivated and learn some techniques. Finishing is awesome! there's tonnes of people cheering for you and you really feel like you accomplished something when its all done

lol well luckly they don't have anyone checking intoxication levels before getting on the canal. It's probably not the safest thing but its loads of fun! haha! Ottawa was my favorite, I wish I could go back in time to my Carleton days
