I'm having my cocktail hour on the Oceana Terrace, which is the same terrace I'm having the dinner at as well. Yesica said that she would set up tables for people, and do a different set up than the dinner set up. I'm not really sure what exactly that entails. I know that if we do it this way we only pay one set up charge of $28pp whereas if we were to do it at a different location on the resort they would charge us extra.

I'm using Juan Carlos as well, Juan Carlos Tapia Photography . After seeing his beautiful pictures and speaking with him on the phone numerous times I know I made the right choice. Just look through the forum at wedding pictures and read the reviews. That should help you out I think. Its definitely what I did.

So I have literally spent the last 3hrs online trying to figure out our wedding favors. We want to do do personalized ceramic espresso cups, small ones, 2" high and maybe 4.5" in diameter for the saucer. I found the cups, but they don't personalize them. Then, I need to find boxes to fit the cups and I can't find those either I don't know what to do!? If anyone knows where I can get 5" X 5" boxes I would be really appreciative!

Some of our guests complained about the costs, others about the beach, etc... And we told them all the same thing "If you don't want to come, then don't. This is our dream wedding and we only want people there who want to be there." I think it totally weeded out the complainers and the guests who would only attend for the free food/booze.

We decided to do this as well. After talking to a few people it makes the most sense. We decided to do it after attending a friends' wedding this past september. She had a live band, over 300 ppl and a huge hall, and honestly the best music...the songs everyone loved...were played on an ipod. The bad was ok, but no one cared they were there. So I figure that for a wedding of under 40 ppl its a waste of money to pay a dj
