I agree with everyone else, don't worry about it!! Beth and I are having our weddings on the same day and I was told by Chandlyn that there definitely is a third. At first I was worried but now I am over it. The resort is really big and I don't think the brides will really run into each other. They'e been plenty of reviews on ROR and no one has ever complained about it. I say focus on making your day special and relax. I'll be there from the 1 to the 10th. I have a lot to do as well. I need to send over my notarized documents, did you guys do that yet? And I just started working on my OOT boxes. Beth, are you having a welcome dinner? When is it? I think I want to have mine on Friday, 7pm at St. Ann's. I have to confirm with Chandlyn.

The pool isn't available, another bride on the board got the pool, lucky her!! We also have a 3rd wedding on that day and that's getting me nervous too. How many weddings are on your day?

I was going with my reception at the plantation but after seeing your pics I have changed my mind. A pool reception it is!!!!! Neema, I love everything about your wedding!! You looked beautiful!! I will be doing the same wedding colors and I am happy to know that the Riu can provide different color fabrics for the huppa. And for only $250, it beats the fully decorated gazebo. You're the first person I saw that did that, I thought Riu didn't have different colors. I am so excited now!!!! I am thinking of booking the Plantation, in your opinion do you think 2 hrs is enough time? I'm not doing the garter or bouquet toss, and I'm not having any speeches. With that being said, do you think I can squeeze in dinner and dancing in 2 hrs, I don't think we can afford booking the plantation for 4 hrs? Also, where did you get your table runners from? I've been looking everywhere online with no luck.

I'm in the same predicament. I have a perm but I just recently cut my hair in a chin length bob. I know I shouldn't have, but I wanted my hair short so bad. Now I have to get tracks but I don't have much experience with weaves, only braids. My FI made it clear he does not want to see me in braids, lol. The one time I had tracks put in for a friend's wedding, I literally wanted to pull my hair out, it was not comfortable. I'm worried about wearing my hair down because of the humidity but then I am not sure about wearing my hair up either.

I have to agree with everyone else, I love the shoes but I'm not sure if they will go with a lace dress. Maybe a plain satin dress. You can still do a satin shoe that brings a pop of color. I love the shoes though, I'm a shoenista myself, lol!!!

I was like hey, she's on the BDW board. I have a quick question, where did you get all your materials for the programs and menus, etc? I want to make them myself and I love what you did. Also, your OOT bags, where did you get those? I am going to use you as an inspiration, I really like what you did. Congratulations again!!! Did you book the steal band for your reception as well?

I'm so sorry to hear about your problems with Chadlyn. But your wedding still turned out beautiful, the set up at Mambee was absolutely beautiful. Your friends and family did a great job! Did you bring your own plates & glasses? I've never seen those before. Everything looked great!!! Did you get your money back for the extras that you paid for and never received?
