I confess I just had a mini freakout when I just now noticed that my ticker is now down to less than 2 months! Aaaaagh! I better to to finishing all of my projects!

Yep we are all in the same boat! My FI was the same way! also too though he is a very last minute person...I am a planner and started planning for our wedding over a year in advance. Early on i tried not to talk about all of my minor wedding details that I was so excited about (I mean I had everyone here on BDW to gush to about them!) Now that we are 2 months away he is FINALLY starting to come around and realize that the wedding is just around the corner. It is kind of comical actually because just recently he started asking me about minor details (ones that I of course had planned out MONTHS ago)....so he will come to me all in a frantic now about them and I just tell him "don't worry I have researched it and this what our plan is" then he relaxes and carries on... dont worry most men dont care about the favors, or colors of flowers or kind of cake...if he really does want a chocolate cake though I am sure he will tell you! The only thing I put my FI in charge of was his attire....UM YEAH SO HE STILL HASN'T DECIDED WHAT HE IS GOING TO WEAR! so if you want things a specific way and your FI doesn't seem to care then just go ahead and plan the way you want to! hope that helps!

I agree! Graham is a HOTTIE! I also agree with the thinking that Jason is sleezy...I don't know...I thought he was super cute but I am starting to think different! Especially if the rumors are true about the finale!

Ugh how frustrating! I agree with Yari, you should send them an email and express your unhappiness over the whole situation...maybe you should tell them something about how you now DO NOT want a bachelorette party because of all the catfighting going on. Give them a nice reminder that you are the bride and because they are too busy arguing with eachother they are totally forgetting the real reason for all of this in the first place!

Ok, I am pretty sure this is already in this thread somewhere but i just need to vent! I confess that my unbooked, haven't RSVP'd guests are driving me INSANE! I am about ready to pull all reference to hotels and airfare off of our wedding website! I am irked because I sent my STD's out 10 months before the wedding and the invitations 6 months before!!!!!!!!! the RSVP date on the invitations was for January 15th...this week alone we have had 4 people come to us and tell us that they now want to go and want to book!!!! (mind you these are people that have NEVER told us previously that they wanted to come!) I thought that there would be a few RSVP stragglers but SERIOUSLY they are now OVER a month past due!!!!!!!!!! UGH!

I am having a shower...actually mine is tomorrow!!!!!!!!! I had the same issue though...I didn't want anyone to spend a ton of money to rent a place out. Luckily though my parents house (or their basement) is large enough to accomodate all the guests. I think the total number will be right around 35-40. I think if you can get a section of a restaurant reserved that would be just fine...maybe if you did that like mid-afternoon on a saturday or sunday the restaurant wouldn't be too busy then

Ok, I just had my first mini freak out about this, yes it is true all three of these things are happening on Saturday! in my defense though I really didn't mean for it to happen this way! I scheduled my b-pics back in december for this Saturday...then about a month ago a good family friend (who lives in another state) calls me and says that this weekend is the last time she will have a chance to come to Denver before our wedding and she wanted to throw my shower and bachelorette for me! Who am I to turn her down right?! SO b-pics are in the morning, shower late afternoon and then we are all heading out for my bachelorette party! it should work out fine though because I did get a hotel room for the pics and we will just keep it for Saturday night to go back to when we can't make it home from the bars! so I was just frantically running around the house trying to get all of my b-pic outfits together because my FI was working late tonight and I probably wont' be home without him home again this week, and then it hit me...this is FINALLY starting to feel REAL and the wedding is literally just around the corner! ok...thanks I feel better now
