  1. I used this idea on my bouquet...If you click the link to my slideshow in my siggy it is about 5 pics in and you can see the pictures on my bouquet. the pic that we used of my grandparents was from my mom's wedding day! My cousin is getting married next year and I am planning on passing the frames/lockets on to her so she can tie them around her bouquet too! oh but I found the larger lockets at Michaels and paid like $2 for them! as opposed to the $12 on that website...check the craft stores, you might find something that works there!
  2. I am excited to see what happens tonight! I am rooting for Jordan. although IF she wins HOH she will probably take Kevin with her thinking that everyone still likes Natalie. I don't know if Jordan could win against Kevin
  3. If you do a search for TTD there are a lot of threads out there that already answer the question. I have never heard of any dress being really "trashed" but actually comes out pretty clean http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t41334

Really though once you do that, you won't really need to have much conversation with them until a few months before your wedding! sounds too easy right?! I know, almost too good to be true...but it is!
  5. Glad you like it Erika! I went and got the stuff and delivered it since I am in Denver too but Stacey was the one to get the ball rolling on getting it together! thanks Stacey! I truly couldn't believe how much great things we were able to get for you Erika! Hope it brightened your day and now you can both go shopping AND have a spa day! (and maybe now E won't think that having internet friends is so crazy after all! )
  6. I am excited about this! I love ellen, she cracks me up! I think she will be a great addition!

  8. Welcome Jennifer! I am a Caletas bride too, our wedding day was the best day of my life! here is a link to the main caletas thread...it is big but there is a lot of helpful info in it! http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t1775
  9. if natalie gets into the final two I am going to be so mad! hopefully though IF she makes it to the final two she won't have the votes from the jury because of her lying about her real age. ok how can the other houseguests really think that she is 18? did you see her grab a beer and celebrate with kevin when he won the veto?! if she was 18 pretty sure CBS wouldn't be able to allow her to drink on the show?!
  10. hmmm I haven't really heard of the Sabor. But I have been looking into this one for our 1 year anniversary trip. Aura Cozumel Resort Wyndham Grand Bay - An All-Inclusive Adults Only Resort different hotel i think...
  11. ok here's mine...kinda small maybe but I am tired of messing with photobucket...I will fix it later!
  12. PhillyBride - LC truly is a gem! I stumbled upon it here too and the rest is history we had our dream wedding there! Trisha - wow! you are so close! I remember looking at your date about a year ago and thinking that you had sooooo much time! It will be here before you know it! Kelly and Nicole are coming to Denver for a bridal show in a couple of weeks! I told Nicole I owe her a couple of drinks! I am excited to see her, it is like seeing an old friend!

  19. oh Coug! your planning thread is seriously AWESOME! For scraping a lot of DIY projects and doing some things the night before or last minute everything looked like it turned out fantastic! You really do make me laugh with your comments girl...like how you couldn't be bothered with wrapping the fan handles, and how the gail force winds might take your veil away! ahhhh too funny anyway...great thread! It's about time you post one!!!!!!!!
  20. Great article Yael! I like it....I just sent it to my DH and said to him "see I am not so crazy after all!" he responded back with "No, I'm pretty sure you are still crazy. This is just the tip of the iceberg!" ugh that little snot face! oh well Quote: Originally Posted by Kristy! Love the article. Thanks Yael! My best friend got married two months after me and we barely talked about our weddings to each other because we just couldn't relate to each other. Thank goodness for BDWers! Well said Kristy! I was just talking with one of my newly engaged friends yesterday who is just starting to plan her "normal" wedding (as she stated to me)...ugh...she said to me several times in this convo we were having that she has to have hers in Denver because "she doesn't want to MAKE people pay to travel to her wedding" took a lot out of me not to make a not so nice comment back...ugh!

whoa sad...it is on fox news now too Celebrity Disc Jockey 'DJ AM' Found Dead in New York Apartment - Celebrity Gossip | Entertainment News | Arts And Entertainment - FOXNews.com he had been playing at the Rain Nightclub in Vegas every friday night for the past couple of months, ugh that is just sad
  22. wow, good job, those are very original and well thought out! I can't even imagine how much time you spent on those!
  23. my DH is a Jr. as well....he uses it pretty often though so we had it on our invites. Like Amy said, if your FI doesn't use it very often then you should leave it out especially if he doesn't really have a relationship with his dad. oh also forgot, as far as etiquette goes....our entire wedding went against the traditional "etiquette" so I would say whatever you guys are most comfortable with. Ask your FI...what does he want? if he doesn't want it on there, then don't put and don't worry about what people "might" say....afterall it is your wedding!
