Hey there- I hate to be the bearer of bad news.. but I think that you may be out of luck. My BRo went there also and fell in love with the beer too. The alc content is higher than here, and something about that and the packaging, no package stores carry it.. Or RARELY any. I went to a wine tasting once in San Fran CA and they had it- I freaked! I think that you can get it shipped from there, but it was crazy expensive. The guy there was telling me that it is very hard to get your hands on VB in the states. I wanted to get my Bro some also - but it wasn't worth it. And you know what I don't even have the name of the wine place we went to. It was like a weird dream. Sorry. If you get any luck - let me know!

That is beautiful - I would love to use it also but the only problem is we are getting married on the beach and i am concerned that it will be too windy to light a candle. HMM how an i ammend that wording?

There are blackout dates for this special- per my TA- Applies to children 12 years of age and younger sharing room with parents(max 2 kids) Must be reserved by Dec 19 2008. Applicable dates: Apr 26-June 13 and Aug 16-Dec 19

I am confused as to where you heard that Tropical Pics charges an extra $1000 for the rights to the pics? I haven't heard / seen this anywhere. I know that after choosing the package you can choose your photo's and then talk to them about getting all of them on a CD- but I didn't know that it would be that much?! I was most likely going to use them due to budget and then hope for the best also, but if you know more - please let me know! Thanks!

Here are some pics of the Bordeaux Terrace. If you go on the interactive map of the resort on the Dreams web-site you can see where it was located. Also- I got a pic of the Boda Tza Salon? I don't know where it is located on the resort- it looks bigger. And here is a pic of the set up for a reception on the beach

I didn't get a chance to set an entire table and take pics of the centerpiece with candles and linens, but I was so excited to finish the main centerpiece and share with all of you- so please excuse the dark pic and use your imagination!

PS- there will be votives, menu's and table numbers written in sand on the tables also

Thanks for the great review! I can't wait to see the pics. I am considering hiring them now! I am so sorry that the WC gave you so many headaches. I must say that makes me very nervous going in. Did you have a microphone for the wedding ceremony? Would it have been ok to have someone close to you read the vows etc? PS- where on the property is the terrace you were supposed to use for the reception? That does suck about the wind- but hey - you are married!
