Wow. That's a tough one. I like cups with a handle and I like the bigger size of the first cup. But, if it isn't what you wanted to give people, I don't know. I say do what you want - the people there will have no idea of the other mug. They will just be happy with whatever you give them!

Tami, I think a clear sticker would work! You could make any design/logo that you want and not have to worry about the printing costs.

Not sure which Royal you mean in Cancun. MJ and I were there for vacation a while back and noticed that there were two hotels named "the Royal". We were even told that the new one might get a lawsuit due to it.... We were at the new one. If that is the one you are thinking of, please let me know and I will give you feedback.

Thanks for the help ladies! So far there have been to RX from the Dr - just the advice to make some changes. I think a monitor would be a good idea - so that he can really know how he is doing. He doesn't have any other medical conditions, and he isn't sure about family history as he is adopted. I am so glad that all of you are so helpful. THANK YOU!

I think you have the right idea. Wine and beer with the resorts provided beverages are good. I especially like the idea of a special drink for your day. You could make up a name, have a pretty sign, etc... That would be a good way to add one more drink option. To make it simple I would say to choose a drink with only one alcohol.

Oh so pretty!

At his last physical (for work) they told him that it was getting close to borderline and that he needed to make some changes. But - they didn't really tell him what to change. He is a little overweight - the typical man's beer belly. He probably should lose about 20-30 pounds to be "at this best". His job has some lifting and some cardio-type aspects. He does not smoke. He is working to limit fast food (hard to do with job though) and is cutting WAY back on soda. I am working to get him more fruits and veggies at meals at home. I may have to start packing his lunch too... Alcohol will be the hardest part. We like to go out on weekends and have a few drinks. THANKS for the supplement ideas Chibi! Thanks everyone. We want to get this in control. We have made some changes for our family to have a healthier lifestyle - not just him. I can tell the difference already with how my clothes fit. YEA!
