  1. I just wanted to get some feedback from people about different ceremony times and how that worked out overall in your schedule of events. Mine is currently scheduled at 2pm. I'm worried that it will be way too hot (I will provide parasols and fans for the guests). I would have liked 4pm, but there is another ceremony scheduled at that time so I'm out of luck. I don't really want to do mine right after the 4pm ceremony, since the other couple will likely stick around taking their beach photos and all. I was thinking 6pm, but then that doesn't leave much time for pictures before the sun sets. I also love the idea of an early morning ceremony, but would my hair and makeup last all day until the reception at night? Maybe not. Then I would need to pay the photographer to be there the entire day as well (I was hoping to hire a photographer for 5 hours max). Not sure what to do!
  2. I am getting married at the Gran Porto Real. They said the ceremony would be on the public beach, and I had a few reservations about that. Yea, I guess I am alright with all the other people out there, especially if they can be photoshopped out of the pictures!
  3. Hello! I am getting married in Playa del Carmen (Mexico) this year and am having the ceremony on the beach (I think). For all you gals who had the ceremony on a public beach, was it weird with other people around watching? Or did you not even notice the beach crowd? Also, my ceremony is currently at 2pm, which I think I am going to have changed since it will be so hot at that time. Anyone else had a mid afternoon ceremony? How did you find the heat? Thanks!
