  1. If we order 36+ they are 3.29 each plus $45 set-up charge.
  2. I wanted stadium cups too but i gave up on finding them in small qty.
  3. I am thinking about ordering Travel Mugs, but I only need 27. Discount Mugs.com has small qty minimums, but it actually comes out cheaper to order 36 than to order 27. I really don't have any use for an extra 9 mugs so I thought I would check and see if there is anyone else looking to order a small qty and maybe we can combine our order. I was thinking of just putting Jamaica 2008 and maybe a picture of palm tree or something else "beachy" My colors are pink and purple, but it really doesn't make any difference to me what color the cups are. I'm sure the guys coming to the wedding would prefer I didn't order either of those colors! This is the mug I was looking at, but I'm flexible if there is another one you like better: http://www.discountmugs.com/us/index.php?c=2&p=85 If interested PM me! Thanks, Courtney
  4. Can I just say that this is the best freakin website ever! Thanks for sharing, all of your stuff turned out beautifully!
  5. I wouldn't worry about, I think the ring bearer is ussually in "name only". I thought the best man always had both rings, at least thats the way I have seen it done at all the weddings i have been too. The ring bearer sometimes has fake rings tied to his pillow. I wouldn't trust a 6 year old boy with a diamond ring in the wind and sand anyway!!! Like everyone else said, it's your day do whatever you think will be most memorable and meaningful to the 2 of you.
  6. good idea! I bought keychain size suduko and rubix cube games from Oriental Trading, but this would be good too. I have lots of guests that don't want to do any excursions so this would be something to do while sitting by the pool. I was also thinking of giving everyone a little book, something inspirational maybe...
  7. Do you have Kroger grocery stores in Canada? If so, many of them can notarize things at customer service. A lot of banks can also notarize.
  8. Thanks for all the compliments : ) The BM dresses are by Max and Cleo, my dress is by Mary's Bridal, & the travel candles and luggage tag for the OOT bags are from KateAspen.com
  9. Hi Ladies, I thought I would share some pics from my wedding plans. Court Placecards, still debating between these and starfish with name tag Some OOT bag stuff Would like to have these waiting at the check-in desk for guests: Dresses: wedding planning pics- BDW.doc dress pics.doc
  10. I believe it's $15 to get into the park, but some of the tour companies charge more than that b/c their price includes transportation from the resort and back and some include lunch.
  11. My bridesmaids will be getting everything in the OOT bags plus: I paid for their dresses, I'm getting or making barefoot sandals, jewelry for the ceremony, a terry cloth swimsuit cover-up with thier monogram or nickname embroidered, and then I'm either going to cover their costs for Dunns River excursion or get mani/pedi before we leave home. I offered to get thier make-up done at the hotel salon but they all want to do thier own.
  12. I have been going back and forth with all of this myself so i finally just started polling my guests to see if they want/expect to have an agenda or if they just want to play it be ear. I got an overwhelming response that people just want to relax. So, here is what i'm planning: Thurs- guests arrive and have a welcome cocktail hour at lobby bar to give out OOT bags Fri- Relax or book your own excursion Sat- Wedding at 11am, reception at noon, then free to do whatever the rest of the day. Then meet back at disco at 11pm to party- optional of course Sun- Dunns River-optional farewell dinner- optional Mon- guests depart
  13. i was just informed that my FI got tixs to a concert at underground on the 17th. It was suppose to be a suprise, but then I went and made my own plans for the night... oops Does the 24th work?
  14. WOW 1 week! Well it looks like you have everything under control so you can just relax and enjoy the ride! I hope you have a wonderful time and I can't wait to hear all about it : )
  15. Thanks so much for posting this! You just saved me hours! Courtney
  16. That's cute, but dang is there any company that's not cashing in on the wedding industry!?!? I'm with Danielle on eating them before they made it into the OOT bags though : )
  17. I will be rolling solo. My FI is a real estate agent so he works weekends.
  18. I emailed Chandlyn and asked about having a lunch reception after my 11am wedding and this was her response, I'm gonna go with this plan so that my guests will have the rest of the day to do whatever they want, then whoever wants to meet at the disco that night can meet back up with us to dance the night away. "Hi Courtney For the lunch arrangements can be made for 12 noon at the Mammee Bay restaurant. A section will be reserved and set up with white tablecloths, napkins, silverware and glassware. Please note however that the meal is buffet. Regards Chandlyn"
  19. This is just a suggestion, as a new member I am still figuring outwhat all the abreviations and acronyms stand for. It would be great to just have a list posted that the newbies could reference. If this has already been done can someone point me towards the thread?
  20. any of those will work for me.
