Its ridiculous how much hair I have, and I have no idea where I got it from and I never know what to do with it all. It takes me an hour to flat iron it all after I dry it. Hopefully lots of hairspray and lots of hairpins will make for a tight hold! I emailed the spa today to make my appointment for 7am. I hope that will be enough time, wedding is at 11am.

I have been working on this necklace ever since I saw the pics from BeckyandBrian's wedding last week! Thanks so much for the inspiration! It's 6 layers of freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, crystal seed beads, and mother of pearl. I'm going to take it with me next week to my 2nd fitting and decide then if I want to make earrings to match or not. I may also remove one layer, I like odd #s for some reason. I'm thinking of removing 2 of the chunkier layers now that I have seen it with the dress, haven't decided yet though

I'm sure this varies based on the time of year, but based on double occupancy my peeps are paying $150pp night. The website price was about $200pp. We used a travel agent but did not do a group booking b/c we didn't want to risk loosing our deposit if people didn't book in time. the group rate was the almost exactly same though, maybe $10 less a night.

I am sure that a single guy has NO IDEA how much a reception costs. If he knew it would cost you $150 I bet he would never have even asked. However, I wouldn't tell him thats why she can't come, I would just say the final head count has been given and can't be adjusted.
