You don't have to book this, you simply tell Chandlyn how many guests you have.

The prices were more expensive, but not outrageous since we booked so far in advance. Our travel agent booked our guests hotel and flights last July/August for an april wedding. I don't know if we paid too much more than other times of year- $610 per person, based on double occupancy, 4 nights. flights were about $400 after taxes and fees.

Is this tacky for a first dance??
Agape Gems replied to PrecisePlans's topic in Wedding Music & Entertainment
I say GO FOR IT! We are suprising our guests by dancing our way back down the aisle. I think we might do it to that song "Shake Sonora" from the movie Beetle Juice, but the steel band will be playing it not the actual music and words playing. I'm still You-Tubing more steel drum songs though... -

Any ideas on where to start with vows???
Agape Gems replied to JODEY's topic in Wedding Etiquette, Traditions, to dos
Some things I came across in researching how to start writing my vows: With Kindness, Unselfishness, and Trust I (name) affirm my love to you, (name) as I invite you to share my life. You are the most beautiful, smart, and generous person I have ever known, and I promise always to respect you and love you. With kindness, unselfishness and trust, I will work by your side to create a wonderful life together. I take you (name) to be my lawful (wife/husband), to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health for as long as we both shall live. The Best Person I Can Be (Name), from the moment I first saw you, I knew you were the one with whom I wanted to share my life. Your beauty, heart, and mind inspire me to be the best person I can be. I promise to love you for eternity, respecting you, honoring you, being faithful to you, and sharing my life with you. This is my solemn vow. To Grow Along with You Name, today I become your (husband/wife) and you become my (wife/husband). I will strive to give you the best of myself, while accepting you the way you are. I promise to respect you as a whole person with your own interests, desires, and needs, and to realize that those are sometimes different, but no less important than my own. I promise to keep myself open to you, to let you in to my innermost fears and feelings, secrets and dreams. I promise to grow along with you, to be willing to face change as we both change, keeping our relationship alive and exciting. And finally, I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever. Love You Without Reservation (Name), today I take you for my (wife/husband). I promise to love you without reservation, comfort you in times of distress, encourage you to achieve all of your goals, laugh with you and cry with you, grow with you in mind, and spirit, always be open and honest with you, and cherish you for as long as we both shall live. Best Friend (Name), today I take you to be my (husband/wife). Together we will create a home, becoming a part of one another. I vow to help create a life that we can cherish, inspiring your love for me and mine for you. I vow to be honest, caring and truthful, to love you as you are and not as I want you to be, and to grow old by your side as your love and best friend. -

I'm glad you were able to let everything just roll off your shoulders and still enjoy the moment! I didn't know we could rent the disco during the afternoon, that's good to know! Congrats again and thanks for the review -

It works! and they are great! Your wedding looks like everyone had so much fun! And you look amazing. I love the little quotes under each picturel Were you really playing the steel drum? I have a ton of ?s now- What time was your ceremony? Did you take everyone on a boat ride inbetween the ceremony and reception? Did you really jump off the boat? Did you rent the disco or you just had them bring your cake there? ummm, thats enough questions for one post i suppose. Congratulations!!! -
thanks heather, i leave a week from today and the first email i got today was from Micheal at the photoshop with his price list, etc. I have my own photog and I may use him for the video, if he doesn't hassle us about the photography.
