They are super good and there are actually a lot of them in the little packet. Best news of all- it's 2 pts for those that are looking for a snack that just feels naughty! I wish I would have counted how many were in there but I ate them too fast. Oopsie! Ohh Yummy Cheetos! I just finished a bag of the 100 calorie pack of Ritz snack mix. Thinking of going back for another....LOL. Only I'm allowed to do that BTW! haha I so wish I could continue on with you guys! :-( But I am determined to not gain any extra unhealthy weight, so I will try and still eat food similar to WW, but just more of it!

Carol's Daughter Bath and Fragrance Collections
KarmaB replied to foxytv's topic in Beauty, Exercise, Diet
I've heard great things about these products too but haven't tried them yet myself. Aren't they're hair products best for bi-racial or ethic type hair? I didn't even know they had lotions and body products too. I will defiantly try them now. -
Just thought I would update you girls. I went to my hair appointment this afternoon and was not that brave. LOL. She took off about 2 inchs in the back. I just couldn't take it anymore. I love it though, I feel so sophisticated and sexy again. I did talk to her about doing fusion extensions before the wedding and she is giving me a great deal. Steve said that I must take them out after the wedding though cause he hates extensions.

I know this is gonna sound crazy, but I think you're lucky you can't drink alcohol. Not drinking is harder for me then not eating dessert. That was so nice of your FI! He sounds so sweet! As far as curbing the cravings, I say don't try to curb them at all because thats torture. LOL. BUT..do try to substitute them. I love ice cream. So I have substitutes. Haagen Dazs makes an AMAZING strawberry sorbet. It is 100% fat free and only 120 Calories per serving or 2 points. Or when we take Steve's son to Marble Slab, I eat their yummy chocolate frozen yogurt. A small is like 3 points total and fat free! I love salty things too, so I will eat a 100 calorie pack of ritz or cheese its. Tomorrow we are planning on eating out at "The Melting Pot", which is nothing but fondue. Such a no no. So Steve and I are going to go for a jog in the morning so I can get some flex points to help off set it. Hang in there! Don't let one bad week ruin next weeks progress.

That is probably the dumbest superstition that I have ever heard. She probably made it up to just be a B**ch! Don't worry bout it, though. YAY!! Congrats. I'm excited for you! LOL. Have a great time!

Last week I had only lost a pound, but this week more came off. Most of the 11 came off in the first week. Don't feel bad about using flex points... I think of them as my "living a normal life" points. If you cut everything out you will never stay on the diet. This week the main thing I did different was Significantly cut out alcohol consumption. I think I only had 2 drinks total all week. Thanks to everyone for all the support!

WW has a lot of really yummy recipes so that has helped too.

Did you get your rings engraved?
KarmaB replied to coreyphil's topic in Destination Wedding Dresses, Wedding Attire & rings
We haven't done it yet, but we will closer to the wedding. We are getting our wedding date 7-7-08 and/or "one love". Since we are getting married in Jamaica. -
Ok girls..today was my weekly weigh-in! I lost 2.6 pounds this week, for a total weight-loss of 11.6 pounds in 3 weeks! 20 pounds to go to hit the WW goal. Not sure if it is too low though, I would look like a twig at that weight. I would be happy with 10-15 more pounds.

It's the only diet that I have been on that actually works and I can still enjoy life (eating out, having a few drinks). I highly recommend it.
