That is actually not Sandals, it's the Royal Plantation. That is the resort where we are getting married. It is owned by Sandals though, so I'm assuming it was easier for them to promote Sandals as a whole then just Royal Plantation. When we watched the movie for the first time a few weeks ago, I noticed the peacock and thought to myself, hmmm that looks like the Royal plantation but then they showed the resort more I started freaking out, because it was it. Great ending to the movie for me!!!

I wouldn't worry at all if I were you. My dress needs tons of alterations and it is only taking my seamstress a week to finish my dress. So your seamstress should have more than enough time to do minor alterations if she even needs to.

Hey girls. We wouldn't be able to make it on the 12th since we will be getting back from our wedding late that night. But if we did it on the 19th count us in.

I saw this yesterday and just starred at it for a few minutes in shock! It is so sad and heartbreaking. Perez Hilton posted it on his website for some awful reason yesterday. I read that the driver was actually in Mexico when it happened and is now in a Mexican Jail. I hope so and I hope he never gets out.

We choose our resort specifically because it is where we also want to honeymoon and we don't want to move after the wedding. We choose Royal Plantation because we found they have great food, excellent service (You don't even have to get up to get a drink on the beach, you just wave a flag and your beach butler will bring it to you), and a quiet romantic atmosphere. The whole resort only has 76 rooms. It was also rated as one of the best AI in the Caribbean by trip advisor. The downside is that there is not much of a nightlife, I think they have bands nightly but no club that I am aware of. But since it's owned by Sandals you can go next door to Sandals Grande if you want to change up the scenery. Also, my OB just got home from Jamaica a few weeks ago and her and her family stayed at the Ritz in MoBay and she said it was so amazing that they didn't leave their resort once. Hope that info helps a bit.

Oh, Erin I am so sorry to hear that. My dress doesn't zip either, but for totally different reasons. :-( I think you have a great plan, cut out the refined carbs and alcohol until the wedding. Try eating salads with fat-free dressing and limit cheese and drink your water. Watch out for hidden calories in foods (not all salads are good for you). Good Luck, I'm sure you will look great on your big day!!!

So glad to hear you're ok. Was your experience pretty similar to the one I told you? You're so much better than me. I totally peeked at mine the day after surgery. Congrats, on the girls!!

Girls, I had NO A/C in my car all last week. It took a week to get an appointment at the dealership. I had a rental over the weekend and should be picking it up tonight. And dropping a whopping $2500 for the repair costs. But, it's so hot its worth it!!! Plus, being pregnant makes it even more miserable. I think I'm going to be a hermit all summer and stay in as much as possible. We've got the solar screens too, and I can tell the difference. They are worth it if anyone else is considering them.
