There was plenty of light- they have lighting out there-- I rented tiki torches that were pretty- but not necessary for lighting.... We didn't have music- but I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem... On the very left of the photo- with the blue tablecloth, they had a completely full bar set up- it was crazy how many bottles they had over there- they had EVERYTHING. On Valeria's recommendation- I didn't reserve a tent-- the stars were so amazing- and it was a clear night- so we could see them- that it would have been something that I would have hated to miss... I'll post the pix later tonight! Great I can't wait to see the pics and it is good to know you didn't have sand flying in your face or food, I am really worried about the wind! What type of lighting did they provide? Thanks again

Since I have now booked the presidential for my ceremony, I now need to come up with a private reception site! I will have a total of 12 people and am now trying to decide between the Health bar or the white gazebo. I will be having a cocktail reception and a private dinner at whichever location I choose. Any pros or cons to either location, suggestions? Thank you everyone for being so helpful, I really appreciate it, Jennifer

We had one long table at the private dinner on the beach the following night... Hi Shannon, Do you have anymore pics of your private dinner at the white gazebo? I am considering this location for my reception, but am concerned that it might be too windy or that we won't have enough light. Did you have music at your dinner and did you rent the tent? Thanks, Jennifer

Thank you so much, that would be great! From the map I was sent it looks pretty private.

I just want to let everyone know that the problem has been resolved. I ended up getting the original promotion and ordered my mugs this morning. After I emailed the owner he responded back pretty quickly and was very nice and helpful. Good to know the company responds to customer complaints and takes them seriously. -
I am trying to decide between these 2 gazebos. If anyone has any pros or cons please tell me. Someone else booked Gazebo 55 before I could, so I am wondering if the presidential gazebo would be too close to 55 since our ceremonies are being held at the same time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, Jennifer

I need major advice, I am 4 months away from my wedding and was just told by Monica that I can't get married at Gazebo 55, so now I need to choose another gazebo. Please convince me this isn't the end of the world and any suggestions for other gazebos at EDR would be appreciated. Thank you, Jennifer

My thoughts exactly! The promotion will save me $65.00. They actually removed the promotion from their website while I was on hold and then told me to refresh my screen to show it had been removed. The assistant manager offered me free shipping which is included in the current promotion and free insurance, which is only $2.00. I am fighting for a free setup fee because that is what the original promotion stated. So far no response. -
I just want to let everyone know they need to be careful when ordering from this company. I am currently battling with them to honor a promotion that they state they posted on their website in error, I have emailed the owner of the company and am waiting for his response.

Has anyone ordered from weddingfavorforte.com? I want to order personalized favor tags and they have them really cheap, but I have never heard of the company before. Thank you, Jennifer

I have a dafont.com question, what do I do with the fonts once they are installed. I am using powerpoint and am trying to create a monogram. The fonts that I have downloaded appear in the font box in powerpoint and I am able to transfer to a slide, but can't select them or resize. Please help! Thank you, Jennifer

Shannon, What did you use to seal your sand ceremony vase? I am going to purchase my vases from the same company as you and since they don't sell lids I wasn't sure what to use for the trip home. Thanks, Jennifer -
