I just want to say thx to the person posted this attatchement I'm not sure who is it.....I just copied and paste idea on my computer .. As soon as I saw the boutonniers I fell in love w/ them....It shouldn't be that hard to make....I think I agree, very nice...!! Hey is that a Maggie Sottero dress your wearing? The rise of C-Sections and its risks. (Information on C-Sections)

Thx Calia...(IMO) I must agree that c-sect should be done only if medically needed, not out of convenience for the mother or the doctor (like my Dr who was exhausted and talking about going home). Calia, I'm so sorry to hear you are having difficulties in TTC. -

The rise of C-Sections and its risks. (Information on C-Sections)
LadyCheese replied to Birdie07's topic in Random Thoughts
Thx for the info Calia. I delivered my daughter by c-section 5 years ago, partly by choice and partly bc I needed to. After many hours in labor, my Dr. informed me that the way the baby was positioned she may not be able to come out, etc, etc....I was exhausted and in pain and finally just told her to do a c-section bc I feared for the baby's health & because she led me to believe that its what was needed! I dont know if I had continued to push, would I had given birth naturally--I'll never know that now...but something about me just giving up and asking her for that c-section never felt right with me. I agonized over that decision for many months afterwards...different feelings and emotions that I rather not get into. I wish that my Dr would've been more informative about c-sects but she actually seemed like she wanted to do a c-section as soon as I was admitted; she kept bringing it up and FI and my mom were getting aggravated by her rushy-rushy behavior. She kept saying I wasn't going to dilate any more but she'll give me a couple more hours and I actually dilated fully...I think personally she may have wanted a c-sect all along bc its major surgery and it means more $$ in her pocket (IMO)...Plus she kept bringing up the baby's position, her shoulder, etc....and it didn't seem positive. I really wish I did have a Dr who informed me of everything (c-sect risks, etc), a Dr. who was more patient and willing and perhaps I would've made a different choice 5 years ago (by the way, she doesnt do VBACs either, she told me this after the fact actually). -

I'm so sorry you are dealing with all this and your wedding is around the corner practically. I know it hurts bc this is your wedding day, your special day and you want all your loved ones there & you've always known that certain people (like your MOH) will be there no matter what and then boom--out of nowhere people start avoiding you and then eventually they break the news that they cant come...and it hurts; I know it hurts me deeply. I agree with everyone else when they say to call your BF (after you calm down a little of course) and talk about the situation...I'm sure this decision is causing her a lot of grief also...my MOH (who's also my cousin, we were pretty close) avoided me for almost 6wks and when I finally called her to see if she's ok, she tells me she cant attend the wedding any longer...so it is a hard blow and it will take some time to get used to the fact that your BF wont be there on your special day but she will be very present in your heart. As far as FI's family not wanting to go or complaining, the heck with them...whether they attend or not, you and your FI are going to have a beautiful DW, they will regret not going!! Good luck with work...I hope you wont be layed-off, saying my prayers for you...for work and for everything else. Glad to hear that FI is safe by the way And pls let us know if you hear from the WC finally or if you contact her boss. 2-3wks with no replies is pretty bad. Big hugs for you. keep your head up! -
