  3. i think you look beautiful in both of them! my personal fav is #1 because of the back, but since both are just lovely you should def go with the one you feel happiest in

I'm sad I am missing the opening but happy for all those of you who can finally feel at ease aww, sweetie, i'm so sorry the re-opening is a week AFTER your wedding day my heart would be breaking for you if we didn't know you're already in mexico and enjoying yourself at the Barcelo! Can't wait to hear all about it - we'll be thinking of you this weekend!!! YAY!
  5. eek -that sucks, I'm sorry, but don't get stressed out! luckily black washes out/fades fairly quickly (2 months), and they'll be able to fix it by then and dye over it - give it til Jan
  6. its probably a really bad thing that i just started laughing like a crazy person...i think the one thing i've come to count on is the roller coaster ride that is DT lately
  7. great pics tammy...and nacho is so handsome!
  8. YAY...starting to feel optimistic again that we'll be getting married at DT after all!!!
  9. YAY Kelly!!! Congratulations!!! Hope you're feeling better soon
  10. just got out and voted!!! yea! it took about an hour, but that OK
  11. YAY! have been waiting all week for an update...so glad everyone is home safe and sound and big congrats on being a momma! i'm at work so i can't see noah's pics, but i'll check in from home tonight (i hear he's a looker!!!) how are you feeling?
  12. FI and I are totally obsessed...our TIVO is so overwhelmed with all our shows because we've only been watching CNN and all the other news stations for the past month. I so can't wait until tomorrow night - we're going to a potluck election party as well and think it'll be a blast! and i've already got my alarm set for 5am tomorrow so I can hit the polls early...

They also arranged transportation for the guys from DT to Playa where the marina is for $120 total. Seems like $1000 is a lot, but maybe that's just what it costs? any idea? also, would the guys be expected to tip the captain after at the end of the day? lastly, they said there is alittle convenience store right there next to the marina/office where the guys can buy beer (and Capt Ricks will provide a cooler with ice)...which is good to know
  14. YIKES! That sucks, but try not to freak...no bridal salon wants an unhappy bride so I'm sure they'll find a way to fix it! chin up!
  15. damn, i didn't get on the forum at all yesterday, but HAPPY belated Birthday Tammy - hope you had a great day (and date!!!)
  16. thanks for the dress support ladies! FYI - i decided to order my table overlays and chair bows from efavormart rather going with the resort's vendor because their prices are rodontulous. efavormart had my colors (blue and green) and the organza overlays are only $4.99 vs the resort's $18 and the chair bows are few dollars less as well. I figure this is the safest bet both money-wise and resort-wise since we're still not sure we'll even be able to have our wedding at DT i'm going to do blue overlays and chair bows for the reception dinner and green overlays for the cocktail hour tables. I think I'll mix blue and green chair bows for the ceremony (and green overlay for the ceremony table).
  17. YAY!!! BIG shout outs to Becks and Danielle!!!
  18. interesting that you're driving to your DW...that could be fun! this is going to sound bad, but all the polyester blends travel well (mine is alecon lace, but really that's polyester!)
  19. they are really different...that's tough...but if i had the figure, i'd totally go for the galina
