    Frankly, the only place I know on kauai is the Grand Hyatt - the do have some private bungalows, etc. And while it's a massive hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous.

    A really bright rasberry/fushia also looks good with turquoise. Or, depending on the shade of the turquoise, a nice bright caribbean blue can be good, too.

    I would think you can, but you'd have to be careful on the amount - and when you iron it, put something over it - like a tea towel, pillowcase, etc. just enough to keep the direct heat off. Can you go and buy a quarter yard just to test it?
