Did you do a search for boarding passes? The threads with the paperclip symbols have an attachment that may be a template. However, most of the templates I've seen have three passes to a page (I assume that's what you mean when you say three attached to one another.)

Personally, I would think that an e-mail to all of your single guests with the other single guest's e-mail addresses (and maybe pertinent rooming info, like arrival & departure dates, gender, smoker/non-smoker) would be enough. Then tell them to contact someone else on the list if they want to share. Leave it at that.

Which pic? do you mean the one in your signature (below your posts)? If so, make sure that you added it to your signature using the image code - I know that there are profile pics, but that's not what shows up in your signature.

Okay, so now I have it in my head. But I like it, so that's good. I heard it over and over and over this weekend. So what songs do you sing to yourselves to get rid of the one that's stuck? Personally, I find "Its a Small World" works, but then it gets stuck and that's about the worst EVER. My back up is "Love Is In The Air". Oh yeah... retrooo!

Geez Carly! Okay, I'm not sure this will work, but... try this: go to start>settings>control panel>display>customize>advanced From there you should see a window with a bunch of panes in it. Try clicking on window text. It should have 2 color associations with it - #1 should be the background (what you want to change) and the second should be the text color.

You might check with RK Bridal - I'm not sure if they only do alterations for dresses they sell or not, but they did an excellent job with my dress (purchased there). If not them, I would also suggest talking with my tailor who is very good, but I'm not sure if he does wedding dresses - but he's done all kinds of stuff for me, and he does great work. His name is Oscar, he works at Mid-City Tailoring. Phone is 212-719-2215. He's located at 28 W 44th/25 W. 43rd (one of those mid-block, pass-thru buildings) between 5th & 6th.

Some of the ladies have done something on their web sites asking for an initial thought on who might be going - totally non-committal, but just a check-in really. But I agree, I wouldn't send an actual RSVP card with the STDs - what about an enclosure asking people only if they think they will be able to attend and directing them to the web site to let you know? That way it's sort of like an RSVP card, but without being one.

I like #7, #9 and #10 best. And your mongram is great! I like the idea of the flip-flops, but I personally would suggest a different image - the one you used is very girly with the flower on the front, and it just struck me as more of a bridal shower image than a wedding image.

I used real touch as well - there are several vendors who sell them made up. Yes they take up more space, but I loved mine and I get to keep them forever - and really, no one who saw them could tell they weren't real. (See my avatar)

Do any of you have the contract from SWANK? When I was there, he had a contract that was specific for the outside vendor stuff. I'm looking for it now, but am afraid it may be long gone. That's were all my fees were oulined. I'll keep looking, but yes, those fees look pretty dumb to me. I'd really push back on that. The figures are obscene!

I tried it on too, and wasn't wild about it. They have an all-lace dress with a drop hem (lower in the back) that was much nicer. This one felt a little bit cheap or something - the portion of the skirt that isn't covered in lace was just so-so. And, yeah... the height thing....
