Hello KCDawn, The minister includes the sand ceremony, the vases are small to carry on and they have a cork so it will be easy to carry it. In case you buy your own vases, just be sure that they have a lid or something, so the sand won't spread out.

Hello CriCri Congratulations for your upcoming wedding, we are the authorized vendors for Secrets Maroma, the video includes the ceremony and the studio at the beach. we don't have any Maroma's video on line because they are very heavy (they were done with professional equipment) but you can see a sample of our work, here you have a special highlight that we did there so you can see our work. Regarding the sand ceremony, I can tell you that the minister includes it, in case you don't want to bring your own set. You can ask your wedding coordinator to get in touch with your minister so you can get the ceremony as you want, most of the minsters have the ring ceremony before the sand ceremony, but as I told you, you can get in touch with the minster to get everything set up the way you want, and ask for the text of the ceremony and vows.
