We did at site visit at Caletas and Kelley ran through the entire ceremony with us. On the day of the wedding, she just showed everyone where to stand. I had a small wedding party, so it was not big deal. I don't really think a rehearsal in necessary.

Hello Everyone! I was married at Las Caletas on June 1, 2009 and it truly was the most amazing day of my life. Las Caletas is truly a magical place to get married (as everyone has posted before.) Everything from our Welcome Cocktail party at Epoca, to our stay at the Grand Mayan Resort in Nuevo Vallarta to our wedding at Caletas, exceeded our expectations. Kelley, was fabulous and did not miss one detail. Her staff at Caletas and on the boat were great, too. Our guests cannot stop praising how beautiful our wedding was. Plus, Vincent, the in-house photographer was awesome to work with. He and his assistants had such great energy and we cannot wait to see our professional pictures. If anyone has any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer them. Danielle

Hi Ladies....I leave for my LC Wedding on Friday, May 29, 2009 and our wedding is on June 1, 2009. We have been so busy figuring our last minute details. Does anyone have any advice for us before our big day? Danielle

My wedding is on June 1, 2009 at Las Caletas and all of my guests are freaking out. I am trying really hard to stay positive, but I honestly cannot believe that this is happening 5 weeks before my wedding. After reading through these posts, I am so glad that others are feeling the same way. Lets all try to stay positive and hope that things don't get any worse or spread to the resort areas.

Hello PV Brides, Is anyone concerned about traveling to Mexico due to the swine flu outbreak? My wedding is in PV on June 1, 2009 and we are all becoming concerned even though there have been no reported cases in PV yet. My fingers are crossed that this does not affect my wedding in anyway....

I have been reading through the forums about music for the ceremony, but can anyone share with me how many songs and/or what songs they used for their ceremony at Las Caletas? We are getting married at Las Caletas on June 1, 2009! We are staying at the Mayan Palace in the marina and we are having our Welcome Cocktail Pary at Epoca. We are super excitied!

Has anyone been to Epoca Restaurant. I am thinking about having our Welcome Cocktail Party here and I just wanted some feedback from anyone that has eaten here before. Thanks.

I am going with the Paradise Package. It is the one in between the Barefoot and Premier Package. Let me know if you have any questions. Our wedding is June 1. I really think it depends on how many guests you are having.
