    I am hoping to get by with three check bags and two carry ons plus dress. I hope this is realistic. I know coming home we will hopefully be lighter in weight (just not luggage) because of the lack of OOT stuff in our luggage, yeah!! Celina, that will be awesome to have your assembly party!! What a relief that will be to get those out in the mail!

    That price is not at all unreasonable. IMHO I would set a date and then let people make their own arrangements. That way people can make it a shorter trip, to accomodate money situations or work/school schedules or people can also stay at other resorts in Mexico that may fit their budget better. Unless there is a large group discount you are being offered I personally wouldnt stress about arranging the entire thing for everyone. If they are upset about $100 then they very well may have not intended on going in the first place anyway.

    Have you sent out STDs? That would be #1 if you havent. Then formal invites. If you are having BMs, their dresses. Groom and groomsman outfits. Both rings. General ideas of what you want at the place (flowers, centerpieces, reception, no reception, food, etc). hope that gives you a start.

    I guess I dont understand why your TA has YOU put a deposit down for them, is that just do rooms were reserved? I know my TA had told me to expect 50% of those you invited to attend a DW so maybe keep that in mind. If these are people you are relatively close with I dont think there is any problem with in a month or so just explaining the situation and asking them if they knew if they were going to be able to attend or not. Thats what we did just so we could have a general idea, it also kept reminding people to get their butts in gear and make the arrangements.

    Michelle, I could very easily have extra OOT bags. I should know for sure in the next month. If you want I can let you know and you can have the extras. They are the same ones you have. Since you are in Chicago I can either ship them or we can meet up!

    Oh Celina what a great idea to use the post cards as the OOT bag tags, I hadnt thought of that. So I take it you would sugguest using the smaller post cards? Thanks for the idea! Danielle, I cant wait to see your shirts!! We are getting so close ladies. It seems like we have the little details left and thats it. Anyone have anythig huge to accomplish?

    Wow that is quite a night you had!!! Very exciting for you guys!! So am I understanding correctly, your mom works at the same place? What a miracle child birth is! Glad it all went well. and happy for you that you got your photo stuff done you had wanted to! That is a relief!
