Just FYI my TA advised the airlines do NOT allow name changes, so I guess that answers that!

Danielle, I do not think I am having a bridal shower. Since I have been married before I know my family isnt planning one so unless his side throws one together. Although we are going for a bachelorette party next Saturday, woohoo!!

FI and I are having our legal day next week (3 months before our DW) due to insurance issues and such. So...do I wait to change my name until we get back from our DW or since I have plenty of time do it now? I have sent our TA an email to find out what the cost would be to change my name on our travel documents but have not yet heard back. What did you all do? I was kind of thinking about doing it now because I have 3 months now but when we get back from our DW I will only have 2 months before our next trip ( dont know how long it will take to get passport back with new last name). Thanks for all of your input!

Besides the obvious trip, our wedding, in January we are going on the Rock Boat tour Home it is a 5 night floating music festival that includes out fav band, Sister Hazel and many more bands. Then in February 2009 we are going to Oahu for the Pro Bowl, cant beat it Football and the Ocean!! Cant wait for both trips!!

Ok girls, I need my November brides help. We are having our legal day in a short time. We are doing it privately in the judges chambers. What do we think of this dress?? Are plans are to go to the city (Chicago) after the ceremony for a dinner out. ... and after I took these pics I noticed from the colors of my walls and the dress I think I like this color! Ha!! Please be honest I dont want to look like a goof. and I plan on getting my hair done, half up half down is what I was thinking. The dress has not been pressed or anything yet.
