I stayed and got married at the Sante Fe. We had a suite and it was fabulous. All of our guest enjoyed themselves. I was nice enough for our parents and fun enough for our friends. I think it was a good mix. I have heard that the Palace is more upscale and people that stayed at the palace came over to hang out because it was more fun. Its really about what you want. THe 80% rule does apply and the people at the palace can come over but if you stay at the sante fe your not supposed to go to the palace. Hope it helps.

Summer, I dont think it sounds crazy at all. I dont let alot of people around my new babies. And i dont plan on starting now. I went and stocked up on germ x also. I dont let anyone touch them without using it first. And I am a serious freak when it come to strangers in public. Why do people feel the need to touch someone elses baby. Strange.

Hey girls, Well I had my appointment yesterday. They actually had me come in early cuz I wasnt feeling good. They did the stress test AGAIN. They do it every week. She is at the point she doesnt like to be tested anymore. She moves away from the monitor. Oh my little princess. Well doc didnt like that her heart rate wasnt getting up so he zapped her. Let me tell you that really pissed her off. Then they took blood to make sure my white count was ok and my sugars are ok. Thought maybe that was why i didnt feel good. But it all came back okay. Then he checked me to see if I was dilating. He said I was only at a one. But to me at least it something. When I got home I was bledding a little and later that night I lost my plug. I never did that with my daughter so that was new for me. So I guess we will see what happens from here. As far as the strollers...I have the one that comes with the car seat and an umbrella stroller. Hubby wants the jeep stroller to take her out in the woods, but Im not a big fan of that right now. I dont get the leg craps I get the reastless legs. It makes me crazy. It feels like the creepy crawlies... Hope everyone is doing good.

Sleeping I didnt know that even exsisted anymore. Between peeing and acid reflex it doesnt happen. I cant wait until tomorrow appointment, he better have good news for me...

Summer, I cant believe you are going to have a 9lb baby. You are tiny to be pushing one out. I made my ob promise not to make me push out a 9 lber. He laughed and said aw oh and left the room. Mrs. Martin your pics are great looks like you had a great time.

Summer, thanks me too. Yes they are just trying to get me too 37 weeks. So probably around june 19th. I would like to wait until the end of the month for work but I guess my little princess will decide that for all of us. When are they inducing you? Good luck if we dont get to chat before you have your little one. As you see I cant sleep anymore. I cant win over here...

And Kerrrington Danielle is measuring to weight 5lbs 12oz. She a big girl. They say not tooo big yet, she is in the 60%. We will see what the doc says on thursday.

Summer, no worries just listen to what they say. I got induced a week before my due date and she was fine 8 lbs 2 oz and 21 inches. So Im glad they took her then I cant imagine if she got any bigger. And guess what I just got home fromt the doc and my blood pressure is up. 122 over 88. So I have been told to behave myself. He says he wants me to atleast get to 37 weeks. I have to go and have an u/s on monday and an office visit on Thursday. Oh the fun begins...

Summer take it easy. I had toxemia with my first. Its not something to mess with. So enjoy the next few weeks. After this there is no rest.

Gavin is so cute.... Love the names...We are still going with our Kerrington Danielle. I have been hanging in there. This GD is kicking my butt. They gave me meds to take before bed and this weekend my numbers were all over the place I couldnt get balanced at all. So I has a couple of melt downs. My hubby will be so glad when this is over. I have my regular appointment wednesday and then on monday I go for another u/s to see how big she getting. They dont want her to get too big and I have to have non stress test done every week now also.

Bisha, congrats on the version. Hopefully no suprising flips are done in the next week. Summer, do they think she is that big because of diabeties? Didnt you tell me you had it too? I went wednesday and Doc said that he didnt like my morning numbers and wanted me to take a pill before bed. And now I have to go every week for stress test and said we will probably do a couple more ultra sounds before she is due. He also said I probably wont make it to my due date. He thinks she flipped and is head down but we will know for sure at the next U/S. Hope everyone else is feeling and doing well.

I have stayed at the Melia Real and I chose Riu Santa Fe because of location and price. I wanted something closer to town and they had a good package for us and our guest. And I have always been a fan of the Riu's.

They have a sound system with speakers for your music... You can do whatever you want as far as the ceramony is concerned. Just tell Erika what and how you want it played. We had one when the guys came out, one when the girls walked, my song, a sand ceramony song and the final afterwards. But you can do whatever you want. I had mine in a CD and on my ipod as back up.

Thanks ladies. Im having a better day today. They did tell me my melt downs were a side effect. Bisha the room is so cute...You are braver than I with the version. I told doc no way. I will just have a "C". My little peanut hasnt flip yet.

okay girls this gestational thing is harder than I thought. And Im a emotional wreck. Im never full. I woke up at 5am planning out my day. Of when i have to test and what Im going to eat and where, and and and. its like my brian wont stop about it. Then I was making myseld a salad tonight for lunch tomorrow and I cut my thumb. You would have thought I cut off my thumb the way I started crying. It really didnt hurt that bad it was the principal of one more thing to go wrong. Its going to be a long last few weeks over here. My poor hubby. I already sent out an apology email to all my friends and told them I would understand if they didnt talk to me until after she arrived. Sorry for such a long rant...

Your pics are great...brings back memories. With the room situation I sent Erika a list of all our guest and when they would arrived. That way all our guest were put in the same building. We had no problems with check in.

yari your too cute. How did they know at 6 weeks? He said that I didnt completely fail I just got a "D" so he wants me to eat normal for 2 weeks and test and we will go from there. But I will definetly keep you in mind if he starts cracking the whip.

kidney stones totally suck!!!! I had one two yrs ago. I had to have them broke up to get it out. It was too big. My uroligist tells me to drink lemonade. With real lemons. Not countrytime. Something in the acid of the lemon breaks it down. Maybe that will help. Summer, pics are so cute. Well I just got back from my doctor appointment. I failed my diabeties test. Not cool. I have to go to the diabetic doctor on friday, he wants me to test 4 times a day for 2 weeks. Then he will reavaluate things. He said I didnt completely fail but I got a "D". LOL. He also said we will probably see her between july 4th and 10th.

thanks girls...I just got done doing my 3 hr glucose. It was terrible! Do not drink the lemon lime. For the pre screen that I failed I had orange and it was so bad. This is terrible. I just got done have a sandwich trying to balance back out. I think I need a nap. Im crashing hard and we have a 1st communion and and 1st b day party to go to this afternoon. The doctor just gave me antiabotics and treating it as a UTI. The screening for labor in the next two weeks came back negative. So thats good. Glad to hear you girls are doing well Im going to try and get a little cat nap in.

Mrs. Martin your are too funny... I heard ice cream is good for nausea. So i had to go to the Doc today which wasnt planned. I was having back contractions and pain all day. I drank my water had my feet up and took two tylnol. So they made me come in since nothing helped. They said I have a UTI and check my cervix and did the swab test to see if I was going into labor in the next two weeks. cervix is closed and I will here about the swab in the next two hours.

I used my original dress. And I didnt mind cuz I got crap on the front from leaning in the bars. After the wedding. So it actually cleaned it a little.
