  2. OH awesome!!! Sounds like it went perfect!!!! I want to see pix!
  3. I wouldnt mind the ivory with colored sash, I never though of that. lol heres BM dress- (eggplant shade) matching flower girl dress-
  4. awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww poor jackson!! he will be ok, sounds like he's in good hands. and its a good thing he has a loving mother to take care of him! hope all is well when you go pick him up... he will be soo happy to see you im sure.
  5. Yeah I think I agree. The idea of diff fabrics is cute, I wasnt too sure but I think you're right. Maybe I can do a lilac color dress with an eggplant sash or something, I dont want to do purple over-kill either lol!! And I like darker colors, not really a pastel kinda gal but I will figure something out. Maybe there a deeper lilac or something.
  6. I looked at the Flower Girl dress that goes with our BM dresses, it is identical. I was thinking of maybe instead of her wearing the eggplant shade like everyone else, have her wear a diff shade of purple, like a lilac or something, or maybe have her in a pattern dress. I haven't had much luck with finding cute dresses other than the match to my BM dresses. I'm fine with the dress, but am thinking I want to put her in something alil diff.. - If anyone has pix with a flower girl, can you post so I can get some ideas - Has anyone had issues when they got a flower girl dress from diff designer than the BM dress with fabrics/colors not matching? - Also, if anyone knows of any sites with cute dresses, let me know. Thanks so much

My FI thinks I'm a little crazy, but my mom has two rings so to me it's not out of the question. The other thing is, I love my e-ring and I want to wear it, but I have fallen in love with a thick plain wedding band that just doesn't work with my solitaire. I really want both and I don't want to wait to get the plain one after the ceremony because I don't feel as if it would mean as much. I just can't seem to find one that suits both my needs. So... a) Am I crazy to want both? How can I incorrporate 2 bands into the ceremony? Any feedback/suggestions would be helpful. no i dont think your crazy, and if u are- tht makes two of us ;o) i want this too. i told my sister and she looked at me as if i had two heads but whatever. i never thought about incorping htem both into ceremony. i was going to ask our priest to bless the plain band, ? not too sure.

  11. Roman is adorable! YAY congrats! In time it will all smooth over. I think it's good you let your bro know it wasnt right what had hapened, and in the meantime, just continue doing what you're doing- which is beig there for your mom. And your FI is cute for cheering her up!
  12. Oh that's great, congratulations! They are great pix!! Lots of luck to you guys!

I dont think I'd wear the earrings again, but just b/c they arent the style I wear. I'm trying to picture it together, with the dress, hair done, whole nine- and I'm not sure if wearing AND necklace might be too much going on. Know what I'm saying, I dont want to offend you. I think maybe a simple pair of studs would look great with that necklace, anything alil more simple ORR you could even do a smaller pair of those same exact earrings- tiny ones.
  18. Oh how fun! I love doing things myself too, its so fun once you get started!! Good luck, cant wait to see pix!
  19. Lots of luck! You'll find a lot of helpful info here!!! WELCOME!!
