I would advise against this because prolonged exposure can lead to TSS, which is not fun at all. those organic ones sound pretty good. i have to admit, i am guilty of leaving my tampon in WAY longer than one should, but b/c im a full fledge scatter brain moron and i forget. ORRR worse, ill put a second one in WHILE the first one is still there. ek i know, its gross. theres a story there but i'll spare u the details. -

I'd say that if you truley want one, go for it. Compromise and have a smaller one if possible. What is he reasoning for not wanting one -

good question abbie. when i try it i am going to do it at home first jic! a girl i graduated with, her mom died of tss. supposidly that is why they started putting the tss warning on tampons. i also think they changed the materials in it that caused tss. my bf used to hang out with her in hs and told me that. i wonder if its true. crazy if it is. -
yes he kept saying he wanted to get a collage frame for us, so i got one at target. i wanted to "personlize" it with stuff from michael's, but i did it last minute so didnt have time. i just put pix of us in there. i am going to personalize it one of these days. i will have to take pic and show you. its totally nothing gr8 but he liked it. its funny cuz he also got me a nice ivory, victorian type frame. our house is like a jackee and joe shrine. lil erie so i have to throw up other people on the walls. lololol i recently was down shore at my aunts house and left my piece of crap camera there so i have to grab it and ill take pix.

Hey Jame. Sorry you're having to deal with this, it is def a bummer ( Have you ever tried the Clean and Clear Advantage Kit? Joe started using it less than 2 months ago (he breaks out sometimes) and it def shows! I use it too and I do love it, it gives you a fresh feeling tingly when done. My face is also clearer and soft. It comes with on the spot treatment that is great however I noticed if you use it everyday on a pimple, it will dry the skin out, so use that every other or something. You mentioned your brushes... DEF clean them at least once/twice a month. My friend's uncle is a makeup artists and told her to use Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo. Good luck and I hope you find something that helps.

I do like that it's better for enviorment. Note to self- do not tell Joe I can still have sex with them! I like using my flow time as an "excuse" ;o) AH so not nice but whatever. -

I don't know much about David Yurman in particular, but there are many modern jewelry companies that are now coating their metals in an anti-tarnish. You used to see this coating allot in the 60s and 70s on copper jewelry pieces like those by Renoir Matisse. This is why you don’t want to use a jewelry cleaner on the items, just a sofy polishing cloth. The cleaner damages the coating making it look worse than before. I also not a big fan of most of those jewelry cleaners that they sell in Dept. stores and places like Kays, Zale, etc. Allot of those cleaners are very toxic, and in my opinion too harsh. If you like the dip cleaners make sure it is a pearl safe cleaner like Jewel Brite. If it’s not pearl safe…don’t bother. Now on to your necklace. The one over the counter thing you might try is Tarn-X. You can get it at most grocery store and places like Target. I use this in my shop on the heavily tarnished pieces with allot of luck. Read the instructions and make sure to wear gloves. Don’t use it if you pieces has any stones, enamel work, or artificially oxidized silver. If tarn-X won’t work for you, then try a silver paste polish. You’ll need allot of elbow grease for this method, but I have put a felt polishing wheel on my Dremel and used it with the paste with a light touch (caution, you can cause polish marks with this method if not careful). If you want to send me a pic of the piece I might be able to get a better idea of what is going on and have some more suggestions. I'm kris at lilpaisley dot com thanks SO much, ill def go look for the jewel bright stuff. heres a pic of what it looks like.. let me know if dont work... Yamille- I took my pic off, no reason really. I gotta get one back on there though ;o) I forgot to mention that another face product I've use to CLEAN my face in the AM and at night is Clean and Clear. Joe just bought the Clean and Clear Advantage Kit. It comes with face wash, lotion and on the spot acne treatment. This reallllyyyy works girls, just an FYI'er!! You can feel the tingle! (I should do commercials huh??!)

Any other 2010 Brides out there????
Jacqueline replied to Michelle's topic in General Wedding Planning Information
Im not 2010, but i felt like it was too early to start planning too. i get married in may, '09 and started planning in jan/feb 08. time goes by so fast, let me tell you! It's good in a way b/c you can explore your ideas, have fun and decide on things and not feel so stressed. Some things though try not to "jump the gun", b/c if you are like me, you will change your mind a lot with stuff! I have some of the major things done (church, hall, photogr) but some things I just have jotted down on spreadsheet and will finalize as it gets closer. JIC I change my mind..which i tend to do most of the time ;o) -
ah i'm a freak about my skin anymore too, i have panic attacks. i always try diff things but since i was a kid, ive use oil of olay products. the face lotion and serum is great. my mom has used their line since i can remember and her skin is great. i feel like i woke up one day too and my skin was yukky ( i swear its from all the sun and tanning i used to do. i don't tan anymore and use spf when i go out, so that is always a major help too im sure.

Who's ready for...(drum roll).. THE HILLS!
Jacqueline replied to Jacqueline's topic in Celebrity Gossip!
Yeah I thought that too, very rehersed! And why does she walk like she's got a broom stuck up her ass. -
I just called Bloomies KOP (where I bought it) and asked about their return/exchange policy and they need the receipt. I told her it tarnished and she said that is what sterling silver does. I asked how to clean it, and she said NOT to use sterling silver cleaner on it. ( Crap. I hope his necklace isnt ruined ( I'm gonna try to find the receipt and exchange it. (((
