Hi and welcome! The USVI are beautiful, but they are really expensive... for almost anything, food, taxis... we are getting married in Riviera Maya Mexico and it seems to be more affordable for the AI's. Good luck planning!!!

You need a spa day! A day of complete relaxation... even if you do it at home, just unwind for a bit, take a bath... and don't worry... everything will work out. Stress can make crazy things happen to your body... take everything one day at a time! I will keep you in my prayers, and your daughter!

Things can happen anywhere... We moved to our town because it is supposed to be one of the nicest/safest towns in the state. Well, our car got stolen right from our building parking Lot! It is just this fear of the feeling of being violated...but don't worry... if you are safe about things, lock your door, that is all you can do! Don't let it overtake you though, just be cautious and go on your way!

Haha... I think it should be whatever is affordable or within budget... Sometimes when people are more established and can afford a bigger or pricier ring, than they go for it... but I agree... My dad asked my mom if she wanted a ring or a down payment on a house... She chose the house... plus, she is totally not a diamond person! Like I say wth everything... to each his/her own!

I figured as long as the photgrapher is ther for the ceremony, pictures after, we will be fine. Maybe they will even be there for our first dance... that would be nice...

Okay, so it is the end of the summer, my classes start next week, and it is absolutely beautiful today! So, I decided to go for a long walk through town in the swamps of Jersey to clear my head (it was well needed). Ipod in hand, I start walking past the stores, park, gazebo (it really is a pretty town) listening to Amos Lee, just chillin out.... so peaceful... and then a bird took a big crap on my head! I must have looked like a nutcase running down the road in panic to the bathroom at the Panera to wash myself off... LOL.... At least it made me laugh! Wedding plans the past few days have been a little stressful, but I have to remind myself not to take my life so seriously....

OMG, my MOH's sister said it the other day "Where's your husband?" and I was like WHOAH... I guess it has to sink in!!
