The company the girls used last time was not good. Lots of colors were out of stock and they got the run around from the owner and seemed to hold their money hostage. He also is no longer accepting orders without a tax-ID. I bought mine through an e-bay vendor with great success. The seller's name is PurseLover168. I contacted them thru e-bay but did the transaction separately. I'll see if I can find the e-mail and add it. If possible, we are trying to be out of our house by the 1st so we don't have to pay rent then our first mortgage payment wouldn't be due until October 1st. I have a feeling this will be me for the next few months as we try to get settled.

I agree with Alyssa. Right now you just need to be excited for them. When the time comes you say yes, and then figure out how to do it. I think as long as their resort is comparable to yours (and the amount to travel) you both need to be there. If they decide to go to Tahiti and it will be $5K per person, you might have more of an out.

Stephanie that sounds like SOOO much fun! Have a blast (but be safe) and take lots of pictures. In my experience, drag queens love brides and weddings, LOL! I'm sure you'll gets lots of attention at the club, especially if you wear a veil.

I like U shapes. LCRachel's table set-up was really nice. Check out her pictures. We had a sweetheart table and 6 top rounds for our guests for cocktails and then for dinner we had long tables next to each other. I don't usually like odd number tables unless you have a single you can put at each table. You don't want to have to split couples/families.

They look good! I really like your font. Will each page have a different color starfish?

I got married at Couples and had no problem with my photographer. She did stay as a guest but was never questioned. I know you can buy a day pass for those not staying on the property to attend the wedding and lots of Couples brides bring their own photographer.

Ours was $60 per person and included luggage loss/theft, trip cancellation/interruption, medical and legal coverage. I'm really glad we didn't need to use it, but wanted it just in case. Not every guess chose the insurance. We carried all of out OOT bag stuff, wedding decor, etc. with us. If we lost any of it, it would have been well over the $120 to replace it, KWIM?

You can also watch what you eat. Stick to a 1200-1500 calorie a day diet, cut out white foods (potatoes, bread, pasta, white rice), limit salt, and stick to lean proteins. I agree that you can do some weight training to keep you active. Does you gym have a pool? Swimming is a fantastic whole body work-out and there is no impact.

You'll be fine with the traveler's checks. How soon can you pay her? Can you meet on day 1 just to get it out of the way or will she only be available the day of the wedding?

I think you guys could probably luck out and get some sort of last minute deal. I know it sucks for planning, but that is what a friend and I have done. We just reserved the time and then found something to fit into it. I get all kinds of travel deals e-mailed to me, but so far nothing for Christmas/New Years. I'll let you know if I do!
